This is my second stay at this hotel and I chose it for its great location, reasonable price, access to the beach and pier, great staff and welcome. I booked a massage and relaxation and found this to be incredibly relaxing! I was also offered a 50 euro voucher against dinner in the restaurant, and booked two nights out of the three that I was there. Breakfast was included and was very well presented...

very pleasant stay, the staff was so friendly and nice, i got a room upgrade and everything was so clean and nice, will definitely come back again!

It was a worthwhile stay. The rooms are neat , have a little mini bar and modern bathroom. The walk to the beach is not long. The food was the absolute best. We ate from the restaurant every day and they just had amazing Dinner options and tasty! The swimming pool is huge and they have a Sauna too.

OK room: clean&cosy, equipped with a kettle and a fridge/minibar. Friendly staff. However, at this price, I would expect the rooms to have air conditioning - in the heat of summer, opening the window hardly cuts it.

We didnt stay here but ate at the restaurant. Pricey but very tasty and good portions. Both my wife and I had the house fish dish (3 different fresh local fish with fried potatoes). Very tasty. Our children ate from the childrens menu. They were very accomodating to our fussy little one. Both thorougly enjoyed their meals. Friendly staff and quick service.

Nothing to complain. Level of service and professionalism of Hanse Kogge Team in all areas ( Front Desk, Breakfast, Room Service, … ) to be rated outstanding. Travelling a lot this was more a five star stay from service level perspective. Hanse Kogge has a great team in place!

Hotel was ok ,time was stop in 2000,,tv was only Germain,no English , France,even Polish Chanel ,when Germain guest arrived in Poland,they expect Germain TV ,but in Germany was only German ,no international Chanel pls think about this,room was clean,spa no bussy on this time ,wellness was super ,only big problem is naked people in spa ,it's illegal ,hotel supposed to inform guest,also in the season...

Somewhat larger hotel with a nice spa, decent storage for bicycles and battery charging possibility. A few minutes walk from the beach.

I recommend this hotel to everyone, nice staff and very clean rooms.

We had booked a short break and enjoyed the days with you. Very friendly staff in every area. Thanks to the loving, varied breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired, we had a great start to the day every morning. The dinner in your restaurant was very tasty 😋. Great idea to put the bikes in a bike garage. Our room with a view of the well-kept park was very nice, tiny note: the TV could be a bit bigger...

Strongly recommand, nice place in relative price. Sauna, pool, fitness. Close to sea. Perfect.

Mix of modern and renesanse style, very cozy and unique. Excellent spa and the beach is nearby 2-3 km thru the woods and along lakes.

Exceptionally good food! We came here for dinner and enjoyed every appetizer, entree, side dish, and desert we ate. (Definitely try the Schoko Duo!) The staff were friendly. They had a play room for children. The surrounding area is very peaceful and beautiful.

Turn at the railway station, not where your satnav says.. Well worth it

Regardless nearby busy road and railway it is a quiet place. High air humidity caused by waters from both north and south. A lovely, quiet holiday complex perfect for relaxation. The apartment is superbly equipped! The beds are comfortable! Great location for hiking! Day trips by car towards Ahlbeck or by train using the visitor's card offer plenty of variety. The swimming pool and sauna were clean! Small but adequate. Unfortunately, there's no quiet area.

- Everything is okay BUT - You can tell that everything about the complex is getting old and needs a complete overhaul (noticeable in the furniture, the pool, the utensils, etc.) - Regarding the pool: Great pool, etc., but also showing its age (discoloration, flaking coatings) AND simply too cold. I'm not talking about warm swimming, but it's so cold that if you don't swim laps, which isn't possible...

We actually booked an apartment with a fireplace. However, this was not possible to obtain. As compensation we received an upgrade with a sauna and whirlpool. Everything you needed to feel comfortable was there. We can't understand the bad reviews every now and then. Highly recommended. The apartment offers enough space and is well equipped. The hit is your own sauna. The swimming pool on site is also ideal for children to run around in. The leisure options are good. The small café where you can get a hearty breakfast is great. This is an advantage, especially on the day of departure. Nice staff We were completely satisfied.

The price-performance ratio is very good. A true compromise between guests and hotel; you're always warmly welcomed here. If you don't find anything at breakfast, you're living in a different world. Always worth a yearly visit and definitely worth noting in your calendar.

The room is clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the location is very convenient. Water pressure in the shower was spectacular!
