Hotels in Gronau

For this stay I booked for my friend I have to put my credit details into this booking as ******* asked me but this payment from ******* was not going thru hotel, that means i have to pay directly at hotel. That's NOT nice in my view because my friend who checked in that hotel got confused why hotel said i haven't pay for him for this stay. Not nice !

We arrived early and the let us check in no problem. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. On the flight over from the USA, I lost a diamond earring, and thought it was gone. It must have got caught up in my clothing somewhere and fallen out in the hotel. The cleaning person found it and placed it on the table for me to see. I really appreciate their honesty. Hotel was nice, internet wasn’t.

House keeping tried to enter room forcibly I was very shocked that room service tried to enter my room TWICE without me giving consent. At 9am on a Sunday, they knocked on my door and after I indicated that someone was in the room, they tried to open the door with their key. Nice and clean room. Large parking and a place covered for smokers outside. Restaurant is very good and breakfast perfect with a very large choice. The waiters are efficient, professional and very kind. In summary a good place for a stop in the area for an affordable budget. Thanks for your welcome and kindness.

Lovely modern hotel. Restaurant is excellent as well, could not fault my meal there. Only down side for me was it is remote but I think others would love that!
