Parking for the hotel was terrible, but we found adequate, convenient parking within close proximity. We loved the quaintness of the hotel.

Lovely Café/Hotel, right in the centre of Deidesheim. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfy, just the right firmness. Good breakfast. I did not try their cakes in the Café, but they looked to die for. The car park is a bit hidden away.

Great place to stay. The hotel is located in a 530 year old building in the center of the town. It is clean, comfortable, quiet and interesting looking. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast and parking location were great. Additionally, the price was right. I highly recommend it.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Tenner. They offer a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were very clean. It was everything that we needed. Parking can be a challenge (we had to park on the street one night), but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

I spent three nights at the Hotel Tenner and would definitely come back. It is a very nice family run hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast fulfilled every wish and the room was clean. The adjoining vineyards make the stay even more recommendable! All in all, I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel in, Germany, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at the front desk Mohammed, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Would 100% recommend to any one travelling in Germany.

Quaint & cozy place with professional yet friendly customer service. The room I initially got was not heating up and when informed to the manager who is a kind gentleman switched it to a better one quickly apologizing for the inconvenience he even offered a delicious cup of courtesy coffee which was also much appreciated. This hotel is about 1.3 km away from the historical center. My room was comfortable though furniture was complete but quite obsolete and there's a bath tub in place of the shower. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food for though the choices were not as I wished. Both room and breakfast room were luminous because of the wide windows and offered a pleasant view on the green surroundings hills.

The hotel has a fair price to value ratio and for a brief stay in this lovely city it's sufficient. However, one has to accept the location is next to junction with a lot of traffic, even during the night. Having a peaceful night with fresh air is therefore almost impossible. Lovely hotel near the hotel centre with free car parking available. The staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are huge, extremely well appointed, very quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant was closed so we had to walk in to town to find some food but it was only about 10 minutes walk.

The room was spacious, inexpensive and clean. The staff was friendly, prompt and helpful. The location is close to the Altstadt but also close to a bunch of loud construction zones and slightly sketchy neighborhoods.

Hotel was nice to lay our heads in. Room was outdated but did the trick! Front desk reception was friendly as was breakfast service. The city right outside our windows had music going all night long, it was very hard to fall asleep. I think there was a night club or casino right next door. But overall, I’d sleep here again if I was passing thru!

The overnight accommodations are pleasant, functional, and clean. Everything is renovated and in good condition. The food is fresh, plentiful, and locally sourced. I went to a two-day seminar in Neustadt Abbey. The building and the rooms are very nice. The food was very good, both breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything about this place is great. A combination of hotel with a Herrengut wineceller, where you can taste all the wines you want [free) and buy as many bottles as you want. We were in the hotel for New Year's Eve and had a 6 course menu. The coordination, quality and service were outstanding. The next day a brunch that left nothing to be desired and tasted great again, here is a master in the kitchen. A large, newly renovated room, just perfect. We weren't here for the last time.

It was not me staying in the Hotel, I did undergo an operation in the near by hospital and my wife was staying in the hotel. As useal, the stay in the hospital had to be extendet and the hotel had no problem with the dayly changes. We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! We had an emergency stay at this hotel due to our car breaking down in a nearby location. The manager was so very kind and offered to come and pick myself and my child up while my partner stayed in our car waiting for the recovery service. Excellent Hotel and the service is outstanding

Nice hotel and staff but rooms are very small and bathroom is tiny. Shower has no privacy with a glass wall that faces into the room and the hall of door open. Bathroom light can only be turned on if other room lights are on. No room for other furniture and no place to put suitcases.

We stayed here several times when visiting family in Ludwigshafen and would do it again. Truly 4*! (+)The hotel is easy to reach by car, has 24/7 reception. There are free of charge parking slots reserved for guests (very important considering difficult parking situation in Lu!) and also charge station for e-cars. City center is 15min on foot. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. But the hotel itself could use some renovations. The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and the desk in the room that I stayed in has water rings on it and the drain plug in the sink in the bathroom doesn't have a release button to open the drain plug.

The telephone is not working, the television has no signal and the room smells like mold.

Excellent Spa with great indoor and outdoor steam rooms, Saunas and pools. The hotel has very good food and has plenty of areas to relax, there is a nice lake within walking distance . The pretty town of Speyer is close by if you want some interesting historical buildings and there is a nice walk along the Rhine.
