Best Place to stay - A very friendly Atmosphere

Beautiful little hotel, extremely friendly staff, we arrived on our bike tour needing a rest and it's safe to say this was the perfect spot. Great breakfast as well.

We have just returned from staying 6 days In this hotel and we had a lovely time the staff and owners make you feel very welcome ,the rooms are large and very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was great too . Nothing was too much trouble for the staf. Breakfast was very enjoyable fruit and yogurt ,cereal,fresh meats cheese ,boiled eggs , crusty rolls,juice ,tea,coffee,and each day something different...

One of the best hotel in the locality. Good food and clean rooms. what else you want . Keep up the good service.

Since it can cut off some of the group's Hotels run in a window. Maybe send their apprentices to this point in training. Clean, friendly and with soul of the business. Absolutely recommended!

Convenient location, our stay was great We stayed in this hotel for our trip to the holiday park and the Technik museum. The hotel is conveniently located, close to both attractions, and the cathedral and the city center are within walking distance. During our stay, there was a street festival with roller coasters, food, drinks, and music right next to us, which was interesting for our kids to look...

Our one night stay was fine. Staff were nice, room was small, bathroom was compact but shower was good, bed was comfortable. It was easy to park car and location was convenient.

When i stayed at this hotel it was a good expirience as the Rooms where nothing special (Even tho I found 2 spiders one on the Wall and one under my pilow) the breakfast bar food was realy Good and if you get Lucky you might get a room with a good view on the muzeum overall a nice expirence would recomend

It's an amazing place to visit with so many wonders and curiosities. The imax dome cinema was simply breathtaking. The hotel staff is amazing; very friendly and helpful with big smiles all over. The rooms are súper clean and everything works. All in all it was a wondrous experience that i recommend to everyone especially airplane and space travel enthusiasts.

Very helpful staff, and right beside the museum, but it is also close to the old town, about 15 minutes walk, or the bus is also close, it goes often. The room has what you need, not more, not less, i can not complain. The museum was amazing

Basic but very clean and quiet, perfect for visiting the Museum nearby.. The breakfast was very good and the stuff was friendly. Seeing that 747 jumbo from my bed in the night was really something special

We stayed here for a long weekend and had two single rooms. We received a warm welcome. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and bright, with everything you could need – a bed, desk, sofa, and plenty of wardrobe space. Very nice hotel. The size of the rooms really surprised me. They are really large and it's nice. I'd say they are maybe a bit too large, they kinda seem empty. And the dining room looks really nice.

Boutique style hotel, great service

Nice support and beautiful room. So much satisfying quality. But air conditioner setting is not good. Felt some coldness during night though I set the temperature high and volume high.

2025 Oktober No change from 2024 review but reception ignored guests needing checkin while entertaining friend, and proceeded chatting with friend while checking guest in. (He could have taken a minute) Dog friendly, clean, and great location for walking in the old town.

Room is small, but very clean. Bed is comfortable, bathroom has hot water, and AC is cold. Internet is good as well. Good breakfast selection in the morning. Location of the hotel is perfect.

A very nice, well-maintained hotel with a very friendly welcome and service. The location is perfect for a city trip, 5 minutes from the main train station and 10 minutes from the old town...the Technik Museum is also within walking distance, about 25 minutes away. I love Speyer. Very nice, quaint and historic. The GuestHouse is very clean. Michael at the front desk is the best! Friendly and very helpful! The location is perfect. 300 steps from the train and close to many historical sights! I recommend!

Excellent location, comfortable room and outstanding breakfast. The breakfast had great breads, warm eggs and vegetables, a nice fruit salad, lots of muesli options, good coffee and more. Rooms were clean and the front desk was helpful before and after my long stay. Outside the door is the Dom, the city center with restaurants and many beautiful places within walking distance.

We spent a couple of nights in this great hotel. The breakfast was outstanding and each night we had an excellent meal, and great beer, in the adjacent Hausbrauerei Domhof. Both are highly recommended.

I recently spent 2 weeks at this lovely hotel. Super clean, big beautiful windows that open and the staff was friendly and kind. I highly recommend. We loved being next door to the cathedral and enjoyed the bells. The pedestrian zone for Speyer is right around the corner. The breakfast is an outstanding buffet.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and delicious food. The pasta and pizza can be requested gluten free (also lactose free & low histamine). They have the most flavorful gluten free dishes in this area. The waiters are friendly. We'd definitely come by again.

We had an emergency stay at this hotel due to our car breaking down in a nearby location. The manager was so very kind and offered to come and pick myself and my child up while my partner stayed in our car waiting for the recovery service. I stayed for 45 days in 2 of their accommodations (not located in the Hotel) and it was truly an excellent experience. The place has a perfect location and the team was always very welcoming and helpful. And they accept pets! I highly recommend it!

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. I felt really welcome, and everything was just perfect. The breakfast is superb, and the rooms are really comfortable and clean. There is a very nice garden at the back, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel. They even welcome you with kind notes and cake. Very clean hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Everyone plesent and helpful. No bar, but there's an covered outdoor area and a vending machine selling ice cold beer. To the best of my knowledge there's a BBQ provided for guests to use.

We only stayed a few hours due to our itinerary and arriving late but the front desk staff were very tentative and happy to help us get settled in. Check in and check out were a breeze and the location was perfect for us as we planned to visit the HockenheimRing the following morning. No real AC in this hotel but they did provide an in room fan and with the window open and blinds shut we slept comfortably

I stayed at this hotel whilst visiting the Jim Clark Historics motor races at The Hockenheimring. The reception is efficient, the rooms clean and modern. The bathroom is excellent with a decently powered shower. The breakfast is more than adequate. The underground parking seems to be very secure. "Premier Inns" in the Uk are of equal quaility. The Hotel is well located in the city center. Beds of a Twin bed room are small. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is okay.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the Parkhotel Landau. All the staff that we met were friendly, helpful awilling to help. The situation f the hotel was well-suited for visiting the town and our room was spacious, warm and comfortable although ideally the internal lighting could have been a little brighter, but this is only a minor criticism. Very clean and comfortable room, we received an upgrade to the Villa am Park. Friendly and helpful staff, good and varied breakfast with plenty of options. Great spa facilities was a highlight.

Overall a good experience. I agreed to to have my room not cleaned but did expect to have the tea and coffee replenished. The breakfast plates were a little small really Maybe bigger ones would be good. Two coffee machines when it was busy are not enough and I had to wait a long time for a coffee.

Wonderful little gem that we found on our way to Spain from Sweden. Lovely location away from the highway. The staff was very service minded and we slept so well (wich is rare) in the comfortable bed. Thank you!

Wonderful quite location Overall a wonderful stay. Very quite, nice rooms and good service. The restaurant on site was excellent, but needs reservations. It was even on a Monday evening full. My only complaint, there showers could need an upgrade. We will stay there again. Fair warning, to stay there, it is best to have a car.

Rooms do not have AC! We stayed for a week and the sheets were not replaced till after the 5th night and after my wife told them. They left us without soap in the shower for two days… Trash bins were not emptied on a daily basis :-( Hotel is nice and conveniently located to the Hockenheimring, but too expensive for what it offers.

My experience here was amazing! The rooms looked and felt very luxurious, but the highlight was definitely the restaurant, the food was unlike anything i have tasted before and the waiters were very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

The meat on the menu is very good prepared and it was no problem being recommended a wine suitable for the food. For my second visit I also stayed over night here and there is plenty of space in the rooms.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Hotel PLAZA INN Karlsruhe Nord! From the moment I checked in until checkout, everything was smooth and efficient. This hotel is the BEST! I chose this location primarily for one reason: How wheelchair accessible it is. I was not disappointed! The entrance leading to the front door is zero-entry, which means no stairs, no curb, just roll right in! There is an elevator, which was so important. Old hotel that was recently renovated. Ideal for a 1 night stop. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel staff was very nice. Family friendly. Classic hotel breakfast at 13 euro. Nice that children don't have to pay. We'll definitely come again.

Proper hotel for a short trip away from home. Although the location isn’t very convenient when you need to get around Karlsruhe, the personnel is more than happy to help you get a taxi. Rooms are very spacious clean and setup with the right amenities. In the morning their breakfast is from 6 AM to 10 AM which allows you to sleep in if needed. Can recommend!
