Okay - but dated Everything in the hotel is okay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The common areas look good. But it is all quite dated. Not a 4 star. Simple breakfast with too little space for the crowd of people. Spa consist of 2 sauna only in the spa. The steam bath was out og order. . No air conditioning (the room was the 3rd sauna) No frigde, No water cooker, No body lotion despite it is a spa. No top madras in the bed mening poor comfort, Lots of noise from the streget. We spent the next but last night of 2023 in this very pleasant hotel. The clinically clean rooms are nicely decorated, corresponding to German taste, the beds and bath are excellent and there is everything you need with the exception of a long shoe horn, so useful for older folks. We were a bit disappointed with this spa hotel which doesn't earn 4 stars but not quite 3 stars because of the spa. When we arrived the staff was not super friendly. The room is small and the bed was really a 3 star mattress as it literally flips up if you fall on it too hard. Nice Star hotel, with helpful and polite personnel. Rooms are kind of small but cleverly arranged and cleaning is a priority. Parking is also available for a small cost at the premises. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety. Location is perfect right in the center of the beautiful village. I can well recommend this hotel to anyone, solo traveler or family.

Good hotel in a good location for downtown Husum. The room was spacious and clean. Only the bed takes getting used to, as it is very hard and the pillows are very poor. The breakfast leaves little to be desired and the restaurant is also highly recommended. Prices are commensurate with the quality.

The staff were very friendly to English speaking guests. The room was comfortable and the 1887 restaurant served a sumptuous breakfast buffet and wonderful evening meals.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a great restaurant on-site. Breakfast was exceptional. Lovely and clean room on the ground floor with terrace outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave after just one night.
