Had a great long weekend at A-ROSA Sylt. The spa facilities are excellent and perfect for relaxing after a walk by the wild Nordsee. The sea view from the room was beautiful, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. A really pleasant stay overall.

Great location among dunes, best breakfast buffet/breakfast-staff, selection of different sauna experiences. Must upgrade menu and selection in lobby/room/pool Must improve service level and rules for children as well as dangerous slippery floor

Family weekend to this nice spa hotel. We needed a nice break for the weekend with our 3 years old son where we all could relax and this was a absolutely right place for us! The spa area is big and our son could have fun there without disturbing any other guest, we enjoy lots of saunas with nice treatments for the body. Spa, outdoor pool and restaurant facilities were amazing. Also how quiet it was, in spite of that fact that we had a suite facing the land side of the property, was really good. Bed and mattresses were clean and comfortable. Thelayout of the suite with a full-size adjacent room with a sleep couch for our daughter was just great.

Perhaps it was because we had just stayed at Budersand Hotel and had an exceptional time, but we were completely disappointed with our stay here. I am genuinely shocked this hotel has a five star rating as it feels more like a Marriot or Hilton. The check in process was underwhelming and they charge for parking, which I'm not sure why, but it feels a bit cheap to add a parking charge at check in, you...

Very very nice and compentent staff, specifically at the front desk. The Hotel is perfectly situated for beach lovers and watersports enthusiasts. Also in walking distance to shops and the ferry to denmark. can absolutz recommend some surf lessons at the watersport center, it was really great!
