The apartment is really great! Recently renovated (at least where I was), with ambient lights, a king-size double (French) bed, a roomy kitchen (who needs it), and a balcony. It is only a 10-minute walk away from the beach. The shopping market and pharmacy are near. The main street is also there with all the contents. Cleaning is done every day, and towels and sheets are changed every other day. And...

Everything was perfect, location, supermarket is 3 minutes walk away, perfectly clean, hosts are just great! I have just one negative thing to say, its about shower, there is some problem with water, suddenly hot water starts flowing for short time, and then it goes back to normal again.

It's our second year coming here what keeps us going back here are the owners and how unique this place is. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. I would recommend this place for anybody looking for quiet place to stay. The rooms are equipped with all of the necessary equipment that you might require.

We have just returned from a 12 night stay, I booked a premium maisonette but had concerns about the steep staircase as my son sleepwalks so they put us in what I think was a family apartment which worked better on the safety front but had no Kitchenette only a fridge and kettle, we were able to request cutlery and crockery from the front desk so we made it work. The setting is dreamy—lush gardens, stone paths, and little lanterns at night. We stayed in a mezzanine suite and really appreciated the privacy and romantic atmosphere. Just left this hotel, after a 10 day family holiday. We stayed in the annex house with garden and pool. But looking at the other accommodation. It looked more than nice enough. I've never felt so relaxed on a holiday ever. The pool area was just lovely. There were only about 35 loungers. But I would get mine at about 8.30 and I would be the first person there. Perfect place! Super service! Very quiet and beautiful beach , nice music , good food . Medium prices on the beach, the rooms are little expensive , but worth every penny anyway. For guests all facilities are free and for somebody from outside to take the sunbed on the beach bar you’ll have only to take something from menu. We liked it.

We visited here to use the pool and the beach, the beach is lovely with clear water and sand, the pool and sun beds are lovely. The sun beds on the beach are expensive and the bar food is overpriced, tasteless and they put too much salt on everything including the salad.

We were in summer vacation in Polichrono and while we were walking we saw this villas and decided to visit in june next year. I must say that it is the most beautiful and organised place i’ve ever been in Greece. There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and one living room that is connected with the outside pool. Hope visiting again soon. The yard and surroundings just need more trees.

Sun Residence - wonderful place! The hosts are exceptional and truly dedicated to their guests. The garden is the most beautiful and well-maintained in the area – a real gem. The apartments are modern, tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and the parking is large and convenient. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Sun Residence, Polichrono! Angelika and Denis were superb hosts and made us feel very welcome! They upgraded us to a larger apartment with a huge backyard on the ground floor so our 1 year old daughter could play outside and have plenty of space to run around. Our vacation was truly amazing, nestled among the lush green hills and just a short distance from the crystal-clear waters of Polychrono! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking refreshing swims at one of Halkidiki's best beaches, the Blue Flag-awarded Polychrono Beach. The staff was nice, especially the life guard because he is social and interested in everyone who is at the pool. But it doesn’t look much like the pictures. I had a good vacation after all.

We loved everything about our stay at Greek Pride Seafront Hotel. The hotel itself has a lot of character, but the outdoor spaces are just wonderful, starting with the restaurant/terrace, just above the beach, the pool and the grass covered yard that also serves as a playground for the youngest guests. Great stay and well kept rooms This is a great hotel with the potential to be super great. Well kept room and swimming pool, clean and nice green area. Few minutes away from the beach and Centre of Skala Fourka. Breakfast is in a hotel around 10 min by foot, but the hotel offers shuttle to the other hotel on the sea front. Everything was perfect, i am very satisfied. Clean apartment , the beach is very close, about half minute, parking with shadow, free umbrellas and sunbeds, owners are very kind, I will definitely go again next year.

Excellent accomodation, especially for families with small kids. Very close to the beach (15 metres), and offer free sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Big and maintained yard. The studios and apartments are very clean, have two terraces and all needed amenities. Hosts Thomas and Eleni are very hospitable and helpful.

Only a few steps away from the beach, Theramvos studios are great for family holidays. Very neat and tidy, the apartments are fully equipped with cooking facilities, Aircon, safe, double glazed windows which keep out the heat and shutters for a completely blacked-out sleep. The room was located on the ground floor, right next to the pool. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst possible location. Breakfast is served in that area, so from as early as 7:00 AM it becomes very noisy. However, the bigger issue was at night – even until 5:00 AM, people were gathering around the pool, laughing, shouting, and partying, making it impossible to rest, even with earplugs....

Very clean hotel, I would only suggest a couple of things, ground floor rooms need more privacy ( doors open a few feet from the pool area in open view ) and balcony has no privacy from main entrance and road. Otherwise value for money.
