The hotel is nowhere near it's advertised location. It's impossible to find out it's location until you get to Mykonos, wander around forever and find that it's not where it's supposed to be and eventually get your hands on a local phone to call the number. Reception is actually a travel agency who asks you to meet them at their office. The travel agent then takes you to the 'hotel' on a scooter one by one. There is no reception at the hotel, it's halfway up a huge hill and not in the town center where it's supposed to be. The room is ok but one of the pillows is extremely hard and clumpy - I ended up throwing it onto the floor and sleeping without. There's nowhere to place the shower head so you have to hold it the entire time. The water pressure is ridiculous.

Finally there is in fact no free airport transfer as advertised and sold with the booking. We asked the rude man as he was dropping us off the scooter at the room and he said "oh no you have to let us know a day in advance". We immediately said well this is one day before. He told us that there were taxis which went there and we should take one of those. We said but it's supposed to be included and he just shook his head and drove off. Do not stay here.
