On top of it's magnificent location and view, it was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned everyday to perfection and are very comfortable. Would definitely return here! Thanks to the team

Our stay at Iliades luxury Boutique suites was stunning!!! Maria and her team are super!!! Everything was perfect! Clean rooms, nice decor. Every morning we had our tasty breakfast at room with view of the island and the pool. We had to choose from a great variety of choices!!! Definitely want to stay there again!

Everything was perfect, from the peaceful vibe to the stunning view, but what truly made the difference was the team. So kind, so attentive, always smiling and ready to help with anything. You don’t often feel this welcomed and respected as a guest.

Breakfast was out of this world. French toast, eggs, avocado, juicy local sausages, fresh fruits, real coffee and a slice of warm cake that made our morning. Every single item felt homemade and full of love.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the silence at night was unreal. We rested like never before.

A hidden gem that feels like a design retreat

Our stay at Iliades Boutique Hotel was simply exceptional. The kind of place that leaves you quiet for a second when you walk in, just to take it all in. Every element here is designed with intention and restraint, from the stone architecture seamlessly blended into the landscape, to the warm modern interiors flooded with natural light. The attention to detail is simply world-class.

Cleanliness: Impeccable. Every surface sparkled, the bedding was spotless and fresh, and the room felt like we were the first guests ever to stay there. Even the exterior spaces – terraces, pathways, loungers – were dust-free and well-kept.

Service: Discreet but extremely efficient. The hosts were warm and respectful, with a calm presence that matched the vibe of the location. Check-in was smooth, and any request was handled with grace and without intrusion.

Breakfast: Served fresh every morning with local ingredients, made just the way you like them. Simplicity done right. The view from the breakfast terrace alone was worth waking up for.

Views: Breathtaking. Panoramic views of Batsi Bay, unfiltered sea light bouncing off the white walls, and complete silence apart from the breeze. Waking up to that landscape from bed was pure therapy.

Design & Architecture: Arguably one of the best-designed boutique hotels we’ve seen in Greece. Raw stone, polished cement, clean lines, and natural materials, the aesthetic hits that sweet spot between minimalism and warmth. Feels like something out of an Architectural Digest feature, without being pretentious.

Final verdict: Iliades isn’t just a boutique, it’s an experience in itself. For travelers who value privacy, subtle luxury, and design integrity, this is where you want to be. Already planning our return.

The Iliades is a new, beautiful place that stands out for its cleanliness and service. The room offers all the comforts, at the same time it has a luxurious and minimalist character and the private pool was perfect both in the morning when we had our breakfast as well as in the evening. We especially appreciated the beautiful decoration that they blamed us for being newlyweds! The access to Batsi is very easy and the view is amazing!

It is one of the few accommodations in Andros with a private pool! We searched a lot to find a room with a pool, because Andros is known for its winds and we did not want to risk our daily bath. Iliades a new, beautiful place that stands out for its clean and its service. your room offers all the comforts you seek from your vacation. the access to the cop is very easy and the view is amazing. everything has been done with great taste and it seems from the first moment. I highly recommend it to everyone!
