6/5. We had such a peaceful and welcoming time here, comfortable and functional rooms, great breakfast included everyday, hotel staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our trip. My partner and I will never forget Astypalea and that is due to the hotel. Tha Ka for everything, we will come back!

What can i say for this beautiful hotel! Amazing breakfast! Many options and all were delicious and fresh! Beautiful rooms with sea view, pretty large and clean! The stuff was perfect! Very helpful and accommodating hosts! They also picked us from the port!

A great hotel overlooking the Chora. There are many steps to get up and down, so may not suit people with large suitcases as there is limited help. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and cleaned every day. We had a good stay.

It's a really nicely decorated room with an amazing view of Astypalaia's Chora. The location is convenient, only some steps away from all restaurants and bars. The host was very friendly and helpful. Every day, delicious homemade breakfast is served, with local products. Thank you for the great hospitality! We will definitely visit it again!

Hosts were an absolute delight and were always friendly and happy to help, breakfast was so nice and generous every morning. The better the view the more stairs so choose your trade off.

Great stay in the middle of Chora, Mrs. Irene is a lovely owner, she provided us the ride from the port and every day she add to the awesome breakfast something special as local dishes. The room was brand new, comfortable and super clean. From the private balcony we enjoyed one of the most wonderful view of any vacantions we had before.

While the view from the balcony is the most incredible on the island, it’s our host Eirini who made this an unforgettable holiday. One of the kindest and most hospitable people you will meet, everything from the (very) early morning transfer to the homemade breakfast turned our stay on this peaceful and beautiful island into one of a kind. Efcharisto!

Everything was perfect. From when Yorgos collected is at the port to the very last delicious breakfast served by the perfect host Irini. Impossible to pick anything out, it was all 10/10!!

Very highly recommended! The accommodation is great, it has everything you need with amazing views of the sea. Also walking distance to the center of town or Chora. The manager is very attentive and was very helpful to us. She did our laundry and gave us transport to the port when we needed it. We had an amazing few days and a great experience here.

Among the advantages, it is worth emphasizing that it does not have stairs to enter the room, unlike most apartments on the island, so it is suitable for families with strollers and people with mobility problems. We loved everything here. The location was wonderful, the room was clean and beautifully furnished with a great big balcony with an ocean view. The staff were so friendly and helpful with organising transport and offering recommendations. The breakfast every morning was such a treat too.

I don’t know where to start really… Everybody is so friendly and accommodating. The true meaning of the word philoxenia. The rooms are amazing, the location super convenient with beautiful views of the picturesque Chora and it’s castle. Last but not least the delicious breakfast with home made delicacies! You must try the cheese pies and the pasta Frolla (Flora).

Way, way better than our wildest expectations! Breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the sea, very clean & well equipped room and a great traditional island breakfast - be sure to try the syrupy orange cake!!! The staff are very cordial and go out of their way to help. In fact, most people in Astypalaia are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel.

We've spent two weeks at Astypalaia Palace Hotel and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. We’ve made the booking very short term at about 9 pm or so and Mike have kindly organized our transfer for the same night at around 3 am from the port to the hotel. At the hotel itself we have got a nice upgrade to the Executive Spa Suite with private deck, heated whirlpool, fantastic view of the bay, the Chora...

The hotel is pretty nice with excellent staff treatment . The cozy room is everyday super well done and clean. The breakfast is very generous and delicious! I truly recommend it :)

Hospitality is a word equal to Greek philoxenia and yes! Frosso and Anargyros they provide quality and efficiency in order to taste the utmost unique experience of Greece! Kudos for being ambassador of the Aegean tourism!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Overlooking the magnificent Chora and Aegean Sea. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The balcony was quite spacious and was perfect for stargazing. The breakfast was delicious and we had so many options to choose from every day. Thumbs up for offering greek products/pies, etc in the menu. If I am not mistaken the jams were made...

My home in Astypalaia! I was lucky to spend 3 nights here..and it was absolutely the best stay on every level in my whole trip! The room was overlooking the iconic view of the island, location was walking distance from almost everything..it was so peaceful and quiet I honestly didn't feel like leaving my room! As for the breakfast, don't miss the homemade cakes baked by the owner herself!

The breakfast was one of the best that I have ever experienced in a hotel. Everything home made, tasty delicacies, greek pies, croissants, cakes for all the tastes. Big congratulations to amazing Mrs Litsa who was more than willing to share with us the tasty receipts for the yogurt mousse, cakes, pies etc...

The location of the hotel is ideal. Only 7-10 minutes walking to the Chora and about 10 minutes walking to the Livadi beach. Quiet, with very nice view to the castle and the sea. Parking area is available. Warm welcome and polite personnel. The hotel is run by a family. We stayed in the room "Vigla"; a big, 2 floor room with excellent view, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace etc.. Daily...

Everything was perfect. The people were very nice

The apartment was good & clean if a little basic. The communication was good. Fantastic location on the water within walking distance to wonderful restaurants. However, the apartment was noisy. Noise travels easily between apartments with washing machines going all night. We were next to a very noisy family with children shouting until 2am - this was frustrating and extremely tiring !

We loved the terrace and the very comfortable bed. We did not think the service was as friendly or helpful as we have received at all other 9 places. The apartment lacked a frying pan, kettle and cutlery. When we asked for them it came but not with good grace or a smile. When we arrived there was a bad smell in the kitchen. We hunted for the source. We opened the freezer and there was a lot of meat...

The views across the bay to the Venetian castle were exceptional. Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious Would definitely stay there again. Preferred the beach at Livadi but only a short bus ride away and not far to the Chora.

We spent two weeks at Gerani Studios on Livadi Beach and were terribly sad to leave. This is a very well run family business and everyone was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel part of their family. Everything you could wish for in your room and if it's not there, the staff will happily fix that. 50m from the beach which is attended to by Gernai Studios. The restaurant is AMAZING thanks...

Gerani Studios offers truly wonderful rooms — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. They’re in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the sea. Froso is an amazing host who makes you feel completely at home from the moment you arrive. We’ve actually visited Astypalaia two years in a row, not so much for the island itself, but mainly to stay...

Very clean, well equipped studios near Livadi Beach. Lots of extra touches including a bottle of wine and snacks. Quiet and comfortable. Owner was very friendly, too.

Amazing stay in Astypalia From the very start to the very finish we had a beautiful trip. The room was stunning with a very comfortable bed. The thoughtful touches and extras really made the trip amazing. The location is beautiful, easy access to the rest of the island through the AstyMove app with a stop right outside. Food at the restaurant was very nice with other great restaurants nearby as well...

Our stay at Gerani Studios was a very nice experience! Small but clean rooms, well-kept balcony, very convenient outdoor shower if someone prefers to wash outside, welcome with breakfast items and a bottle of wine.
