Elafivolia Arachova Suites in Arachova

We booked a superior suite. View from livingroom and terrace are impressive. The pool is also very nice and the lounge chairs around it are comfortable.
Manager Leonardos is very helpfull and reachable at all times thanks to mobile phone handed over to us. Breakfast is excellent (you can choose from a list and the form is collected in the early morning, breakfast follows at the chosen time from 7:30 on).
Suite is very spacious. However, the design is not always very functional, the closet doors for example are so difficult to open that it gets annoying.
As to the bathroom, excellent Apivita natural care products are at your disposal.
We were unfortunately not allowed to use the jacuzzi, apparently due to COVID ( however in our current hotel in Litochoro we have 2 jacuzzis that are fully working, no COVID restrictions here, seems logical since the virus does not spread through water). Also, the hair dryers worked only outside the bathroom (not very comfortable), apparently also for safety reasons…Still in the bathroom, the right sink was leaking quite a lot, it was repaired the next working day but not entirely (sifon was visibly fixed before). The TL-light above the mirror didn’t work either and could not be repaired in time, this lack of light was quite annoying when shaving since the sink is very wide. We expected a spontaneous compensation for these inconveniences (given the price for these suite everything should be in working order) but it (even merely symbolical like a bottle of wine) was not presented.
Last tip : when arriving (there is only a road sign), park the car on the first parking down the hill at your left side (there is a kiosk) and go looking for the manager downwards. Somewhat less experienced drivers mights find parking at the lower levels difficult.

Pros: breakfast, view, parking
Cons: fast and furious manager (we did not have a good welcome, he gave US Infos speaking very fast and he pretended to be payed the day After the arrival but than disappeard and we had to run After him insted of living our vacation ), not working Jacuzzi, the swimming pool Is Little (1,20 m) and often dirty.

Too expansive for the services offered.
