Have checked in at Alexander Beach Hotel. Nice rooms, good food and lovely beach with pine trees as sun shelter. Beach heading west. It will be a lovely sunset ?

Road that leads to it is mountain road. Pros
Road is beautiful passing olive groves and gorge and villages. Good base to moderate hike to Palm beach. Palm Beach is worth the visit
YoI will need to bring your Beach gear. Taverna is there but no lounges. Hike to the Palm Beach in the morning come back to the Alexander Beach around lunch
Only worth it because of the nude yoga in the neighboring komos beach.
An awesome place, we went here 4 years ago, and we came back in the same place cause it has good services, good food, a great view and for the great hospitality.

Outside table and washing machine. They are equipped with everything, almost more than at home. The only negative element is the steep access road. Beautiful and uncrowded beach nearby
They are a series of modern villas built on the top of a hill overlooking the Libyan sea. The 5-person one has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and living room with sofas and armchairs
The welcome from Diamanti, her husband and her sons is warm! If you need advice, a car, or whatever, they will help you out and do their best to make your vacation smoother
The villas are spacious, well equipped and the view over Kalamaki Bay is breathtaking!
Okay, there is no swimming pool but the sea is a 5 minute drive away, take your time
Very clean rooms, feels much like home and the view is simply fantastic! Doesn't get much better than this in the 3-star hotel market.

I had a lovely time in this beautiful hotel. The staff are very friendly and the property is very well kept. The beach is only a five minute walk and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area
10 min walk from beach. Tasty breakfast. Small swimming pool available. Public parking available only however there a lot of free places to park.
This is a great little hotel at 10 minutes walk from the center of Matala. Nice rooms, great looking pool, delicious breakfast and lovely hosts

They also have plenty of parking spaces and a big fluffy bonus for dog lovers!

Loved the family atmosphere and the comfortable accommodation. Our balcony had a beautiful sea view and we enjoyed breakfast there everyday! The beach is just some minutes away and the quiet countryside is just charming
Nice hotel with a family atmosphere, very welcoming hosts, not far from beach and restaurants (5 min walk). Lovely place, recommended.
We stayed there for a week in July 2021. It is a lovely place close to the sea. Small, clean and very nice!
