I can't comment on the rooms personally (despite knowing they're great) as I have never stayed at Hotel Vournelis itself. If location is everything, Vournelis has already won. On your own terrace you are at the beach already. The sand and sea are clean and welcoming, the hotel provides entertainment equipment. And that is not all. Wonderful hotel, great choice for a vacation! The rooms are new and very clean. The host... well wonderful is not enough to cover it. She tended to all our need no matter how strange they were and she was so positive and always smiling. I would definitely come here again next time I plan vacation in Greece!

This hotel is direct to the sea. There is a restaurant and a beach bar too. It is the perfect place to stay if you have children or if you want to relax. The rooms are very nice . They clean and they change towels every day. I recommend it to everybody who needs to be near the sea and eat good food.

Staff very friendly and opened to answering questions and give recommendations, room was clean, cleaning was done every day, close and accessible to all points of interest in Nea Iraklitsa but at the same time quiet, close to a very well supplied supermarket . Also very close to main beach - you can wake up and take a bath in the sea in 5 minutes.

Nice small hotel on a perfect location. Close to the beach and the main road on the other side. Hotel is clean, service is good, good wifi connection as well. Rooms are a bit small and the bathroom is a bit clumsy. Balcony is big.

Nice place to relax. The water of the beach is not very clean but there are very beautiful beaches near the village. Most of the locals are friendly so you will feel like you are in the home country. The roads are not very good organized. The confusing and the missing street signs can cause you problems with locals. Lovely place worth a visit! Visited close to the low season and had a great time as it was quite and very relaxing

Way too expensive for the conditions offered. Booked one double-room for one night for my wife and me, end of August. The price was 89 Euro, breakfast included, to be payed on arriving at the hotel. The money were blocked in my bank account almost two weeks in advance. The hotel can hardly be given 2 stars, needs renovation, cleanness was fair, but could have been better for the price. Room are very clean and the hotel is nicely located. Unfortunately overpriced and no breakfast included. Next time id rather stay in kavala.
