Great hotel , with great view and amazing staff. We didn’t visit the pool , spa and the fitness center due to illness, but I know there are fantastic. Will come back again in summer.

We had a villa with private pool for a week. Given what we paid, we would have expected better. The villa was nice but poorly equipped. Pots and pans but no utensils. Nothing to dry washing up with. Very little crockery. A wine fridge but no bottle opener. The furniture was ok but showing signs of wear with fabrics that are stained. Lovely hotel in a good spot but let down by a couple of silly things. First few days at breakfast we had a large bowl of greek honey to use with our creamy yoghurt. A wonderful hotel at a wonderful location just steps from dinning and shopping and a few minutes from the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Great little hotel in perfect location, staff throughout the hotel were amazing, both friendly and helpful. Rooftop drinks and breakfast were ideal with great service and attention from the whole team. Maria is everywhere looking after her guests and Dami on the rooftop bar was always entertaining. The service here is just amazing, the bartenders, owners are great and very positive. The breakfast meal is just incredible and it deserves its own 5 star spot too. The staff are extremely friendly towards dogs and they always are ready to help you. The location is a bit packed up but its not an issue, u should just pay attention to parking.

Very nice rooms and the breakfast buffet was really good with a delicious variety, restaurant was good as well for lunch and dinner and the beach lounges were comfortable and the view is beautiful.

Limited parking. The rooms are very nice with air conditioning. Bathrooms are nice but no shelves in shower.

We came here without a previous reservation. We were lucky and were offered a room (even a small discount because we are young), we really appreciated this gesture from the gentleman at the reception. We've just returned from an indescribably wonderful two week stay with Olympic Holidays at the Palatino. Our booking was held over from the previous summer due to the pandemic and what I didn't realise is that only last year, this Hotel was extensively damaged by fire. Fantastic week at The Well, Parga. What a great location gorgeous suites, so well equipped and felt like luxury. We loved everything about it. What a fabulous place to stay, right in the centre of Parga. Near all the fabulous restaurants, bars, and beaches. Beautiful self-contained apartments , spotless cleaned every day, nothing too much trouble for Evans and his staff. We will definitely be back!

We have just had a very good 2 week holiday at the Hotel Alfa. We couldn't find any fault with the hotel, or the hotel staff. We had a double room, which was quite spacious, with a modern en-suite, including big walk in shower. First time in Parga and what a wonderful hotel we stayed in. Rooms exactly as the pictures. Very clean and the cleaners so friendly. Staff friendly and attentive. Angel behind the bar is an absolute treasure and makes the most amazing pina colades 😋. It would be nice to have a bit more variety at breakfast , however it was perfectly adequate. We had such a lovely stay at the hotel. The hotel is a smaller and cozy one, which was perfect for us. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and everything in the hotel was clean and nicely maintained.
