Here we are once again to join to new year party at one of local tavernas, and stayed at this seafront hotel for one night.Very warm and friendly welcome by the reception staff,renoved rooms have all kinds of basic and standart facilities,very clean,central heating works very well,too.Breakfast is also very good with many kinds of choices for every taste.We liked this hotel very much and strongly recommend...

It is located in the center, on the seaside. After you get there with the ferry it is very is to find. You can enjoy the view of the harbour from the balcony. Breakfast was good. You can have it also in the balcony of breakfast room watching the ships and people going by. We spent a weekend in Lesvos. We rent a car in the center and traveled to the north side. We were happy that we choosed hotel...

Good location close to the port ...But no parking for the car.. Noisy as well..Breakfast was ok...Rooms were clean but old..Friendly owner. The rooms at the front face the harbour but the road at the front is busy and there is more noise than at the rear of the hotel. Stayed at July 2014

Good hotel, comfortable location for early ferry departures. Unfortunately, the street is very busy and noisy, you can hardly have a sleep, tried to turn on the AC to cool a bit but it didn't seem to be working.

We needed a place to stay in Mytilene before driving the next morning to Skala Eressos. Blue Sea was fine. Good harborfront location with a nice balcony and view. Easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store and rental agency to pick up our car. The room was comfortable, small but functional. Shower stall in the bathrooom was tiny. Also, seemed like there was construction-like noises starting early...

Best location of island and friendlly stuff

Stayed over night here as we were catching a Ferry at 8.00am and Hotel is adjacent to the Mytilene Port. What a great choice! Old style hotel, with an art deco feel. We stayed on level 3 in a room with a balcony overlooking the harbour. Large room with a desk & 2 chairs, very comfortable queen bed, air con, bathroom and a small fridge, with breakfast included in tariff. Very clean & comfortable...

Close to the city centre, not so new but comfortable rooms, helpfull employees, especially recommended for its location.

The location can’t be beat, especially if you are arriving or leaving by ferry. The hotel, however, is very, very tired. As other reviewers have mentioned, the carpet in common areas is in sore need of replacing, and the room fittings have not been touched in decades. Similarly, the tiny bathroom was lacking even a shower curtain for the shower and was very basic indeed. A bit of a spruce up would...

Nice hotel near the sea. Very nice view to the Aegean sea. Friendly people. If you don't like the sea near the hotel there is a pool at the entrance of the hotel.

Stayed here both last year and this summer. Very convenient location between airport and city centre. There is a bus stop right across the hotel but taxi is also very affordable. They have a nice buffet breakfast and rooms are very clean. Friendly staff as well.

Great hotel but there are couple of things that needs improvement. The breakfast can be better. They can add more meze type dishes and some savory pastry options, even a greek salad option would be really nice. The mattress in the room are is way too hard and stiff and I had to stretch my back each morning, the sleep was not comfortable.

We have been in that authentic hotel for five days in July. You feel like you are in a fairy tale. The room we stayed has two bedrooms and the view of the pool. It’s always clean. The staff has hospitality and make you feel comfortable.

Excellent location within easy walking distance from several great restaurants. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. The pool has an attentive lifeguard so you don't have to worry about your children drowning. The bar is very reasonable and they serve good snacks and drinks around the pool. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I'll definitely return (as often as possible)

very nice room, everything there what you need in Holiday. Tea and coffee in the room as well as a fridge. breakfast was very good and prepared gor wach table with a variety of local dishes. Location is good, but some was up the hill.

Really nice little boutique hotel in an old mansion. Great breakfast! I liked the sauna and steam room. I had a massage therapist come in which was very cheap and good. Great location some of the best places to eat within 5 minute walk. Rooms are very nice. Would stay here again for sure.

For a small island seperated from the mainland, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Clean, spacious rooms and the new, modern building made the difference. No mold or moldy smell in the rooms.
