Very friendly und polite owner, very nice view and stunning sunset from the balcony, in walking distance to the old town.
Amazing view with warm water in front of the wave.
Holidays at BELLA VISTA in 2012..Excellent for then with a price even at 40 euros .... Observing the photos in 2022 .... even the curtains..are the same ... and the price I read in August is 90 euros! Well ... Savior ... sin!

For its price it is a truly amazing place. We do not expect 5-star hotel facilities, but for what we pay it is more than satisfactory.
Very close to the city center, it is not at all prohibitive to move and walk for lovers of walking. There is of course free parking, which makes traveling by car even easier. The owner was extremely willing to help with anything we needed and he was willing to advise us on the beaches, taverns and sights of the island. The rooms were impeccably clean and their orientation was ideal to maintain a pleasant air flow, which helped a lot on the hottest days. They have some of the most essential kitchen utensils and gas stoves, for those who decide to do cooking. And finally - and better - is the view from the rooms overlooking the sea. Really incredible mornings overlooking the sea and coffees at sunset for people who want to spend some time recharging their batteries in the room, before going out again for exploration.

Very nice view from the room, unfortunately for the price I expected better, the plastic tables and chairs outside spoil the magic of the view. The person who greeted us (we had to look for him for 10 minutes in the basement) explained to us the places to visit for young partygoers without knowing a single hike. After asking him for a pan to hopefully make pancakes, he found us a second useless pan.
