Where to stay in Elafonisos

A quiet hotel a little on the outskirts of the city. Good service, but there are some things that are a let down and there is, among other things, the air conditioning which was not good enough and also not possible to regulate and a simple breakfast

I hesitate to say how lovely Elefanisos is as it will get more and more popular. The small island has some excellent restaurants, great value accomodation and some of the best beaches in Greece. We stayed at the selinoptra rooms and stratos and his wife made us feel most welcome.

If you’re planning your vacations here: don’t doubt it… if you have already booked: excellent choice. This is a hotel located just three minutes away from the ferry boat and the village, and about 10-15 minutes to Simos Beach or Panageia. Amazing resort, fantastic location, silent but in the village, very clean and very nice, and the owners are super nice! Definitely recommended!

What a peaceful place and what can I say about Valia, so kind and so attentive, it was a memorable little stay, both for the kindness of the people on the island and for the beauty of the place. It is with a heavy heart that we leave 🥰🥰

Wonderful, spotlessly clean, renovated rooms in the liveliest part of the island with an amazing view of Agios Spyridon. Everything you need for a short or long holiday. We will definitely be back.

The island is so magical that instead of the planned 3 nights, we stayed for 5. The Host lady (who is an Angel) helped a lot in order to make it happen and extend our stay. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Plus - what was the most important thing for us - pets are allowed. If we will have the chance to be back to Greece, we will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous room, with a superb view. Decor was romantic and balcony great for morning sunshine. It’s in town above a great cafe/bistro (fabulous morning coffee) and a fabulous traditional restaurant next door.

Excellent decoration and location. The rooms are actually in the center of the island, with a beautiful view of the port. The staff is particularly friendly and welcoming and the cleaning lady is particularly nice. We were pleased and look forward to the next time.
