The room is big and comfortable

The hotel is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. The swimming pool is open to children from 9:00 to 15:00. There is an indoor heated pool and a spa. On the last night, the hot water pipe in the corridor burst at 4:30 in the morning. It took half an hour to control it. A lot of water came into the room. We arranged another room after 5 o'clock. In the end, there was no compensation at all when...

A standard and old hotel. The doorman and front desk staff are very friendly. The breakfast is good. It is within walking distance of various restaurants for dinner, so it is a good place to rest.

It seems to be the best hotel in the area, but it is very old and the facilities are outdated. The breakfast is Greek style and the taste is not good. The only good thing is that the porter is nice and proactive.

I will rate the place as 5 stars it says it is... In the short time we stayed there we had two encounters with two large red cockroaches on our welcome porch, thrown things behind the rooms, the bathrooms in the pool, the women's, were broken, so you had to go to the room every time, every now and then we had a program with speakers disturbing the peace, so that the French could have a good time,...

This property is pretty isolated, 1.5 hours from Athens, maybe 10 minutes from center town with minimal shops. Didn’t seem like a well-known resort with activities. If you want to be isolated this is the place.

It is a beautiful place however the bathrooms need updating and the beds could be better too. Not ideal for small children or the elderly as the walks between the buildings are quite steep and tricky steps. We saw more than one person falling down during our stay.

Though the hotel is not new, everything is clean, tidy, and in good condition. The breakfast has sufficient choices, and the host is very nice and friendly. Thank you so much to the lovely family owners. The hospitality was fantastic. Anytime we needed anything they were always available to help us. There is a fantastic common area where we could let our baby play. The place was immaculately clean so we had no problem letting our kid crawl around. Next time we are in loutraki we can't wait to back.

Great place to stay in Loutraki. It's around 5 minutes walk from the beach, easy to get to town, easy to locate. It's family-run by Spyros, Maria and their two daughters. Really warm, friendly people and the hotel is always spotlessly clean throughout. A lot of the clientèle (including myself) have been going there for years. Great value for money and highly recommended.

The Hotel is on a great location. In front of the beach and right on the main strip. Super convenient. It is clean but outdated. They do some renovation but patch work. No detail oriented. The front desk people, the cleaning ladies are outstanding. Super polite and helpful. They deserve 5 star. We tried and didn't like the breakfast so we decided not eat there.

We were upgraded to a big room with sea view. The rooms were clean. In terms of decor it is a weird mixture of old and partially renovated. Super comfy bed. Friendly staff.

The hotel is old and the room I stayed in needed some serious renovation. The price was low enough though and I knew what I was getting. However, I can't say the same for the hotel's coffee shop. I got breakfast there once and it was not only terrible but expensive too. The next day I tried breakfast items from places within walking distance and they were way better at 1/3 of the price.

Clean spacious rooms with balconies, we had a two-room suite with a balcony around the perimeter and even with a bar, but I agree some things (especially the bathroom and toilets need renovation).
