Mare Monte Small Boutique Hotel in Chrysi Ammoudia

An extraordinary small hotel, the rooms are nice, spacious and very clean, the staff and the owner are very kind. The breakfast is exceptional, very varied. The view from the terrace takes your breath away, quiet... I highly recommend it, and we will certainly come again.

The staff was very nice to us. Alex was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and they cleaned every day too. Breakfast was very tasty. And the view was amazing.

Only place we’ll stay on Thassos!
We had a wonderful stay - the family room with the loft was perfect for our family of 4 with an 11 and 7 year old. Great location, great breakfast, very well decorated and clean!!

Magnificent
It was magnificent. Very clean hotel. The view is magnificent. Golden beach is at your feet. While we were still in Turkey, the hotel manager Alex contacted us. He was very helpful until we arrived at the hotel. He even sent us the location of the port where we would board the ferry and made recommendations. He helped us with suggestions about where we wanted to go during our stay. Although it was not on the breakfast menu, he made toast for my little son every breakfast because he liked it, so my son was able to have breakfast thanks to him. He was very friendly. Cleanliness is very important to me, our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. I definitely recommend it. We will go again next year.

Great Boutique Hotel at the hill, close to the beach. Great and helpful staff and everything is clean and works. The individual breakfast that you can enjoy at your own terrace is very nice feature.

Alex and her mother, who run the hotel, were incredibly helpful, polite, and made us feel right at home. While the location is ideal for those seeking a tranquil escape, it's important to note that it's a 20-minute drive from the city center (ferry port). Additionally, the Golden Beach area, where the hotel is situated, offers beautiful beaches and proximity to Panagia village. However, the road leading from the hotel to the beach is a bit rough, making walking less convenient. Overall, we strongly recommend the Mare Monte Small Boutique Hotel. The immaculate rooms, stunning views, delicious food, and exceptional hospitality make it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Thassos. We recommend this place 100%! **Beautiful** We had a beautiful vacation in this Small Boutique Hotel, for 7 days. **Panoramic view** You have a panoramic view over the sea and mountins, directly from the balcony. **Breakfast** Breakfast was served every morning in the room, with the comodity to choose the prefered hour. Also, the breakfast is very tasty and diversified every day. **Cleaness** Cleaness, 10 out of 10. Fresh towels and room cleaned every day, even if we didn t ask for it. **Sea** The sea is at 5 minutes walk from location. **Parking and Pool** The hotel has a parking and a swimming pool where you can enjoy the water and the sun. **Guest** At last, but not the least, the guest was very friendly, super helpful with all the info we needed about the best things to do and to see on the island. Thank you for all and we are looking forward to come back again!

Warm hospitality, panoramic views, excellent breakfast in room, and a very clean suite.We didn't anything more! We stayed in the first floor in the Junior Suite which has a very good decoration. Thank you Helena for the hospitality, we will be back again!
