This is an incredible hotel for families - child friendly, clean, and wonderful facilities. There is a small indoor play zone with someone who looks after the kids. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The indoor pool is lovely. Everyone that works here is the kindest! My family and I had a wonderful stay

The breakfast is in different building You have to walk-3minutes Also is not any rain protection when going to car with suitcases

Incredibly beautiful property. The view is stunning, the pools are amazing! The rooms were nice and quiet, well sound proofed and the curtains were nice and darkened if you needed to sleep in late. Unfortunately I wasn't able to visit the spa but it looked amazing and I'm sure, like everything else it was exactly as shown and described. Highly recommend!

The hotel was really nice, beds very comfortable and food was fantastic. A little bit out of the city but we didnt mind as we had a car. Parking was easy and free. We paid to use the pool and sauna which was worth it, it was very relaxing. We tried to get a booking was a massage but they were fully booked. Really good stay, recommend it.

The hotel is pretty good looking but the quality is garbage. Staff are nice but lazy. When i entered the room my bed wasnt made. When i sat on it it broke (im 52 kilos-113 pounds) They brought a new one after an hour or so.

The hotel was situated at the heart of the city, close to both sides of the lake, and our room could see to the north side. The breakfast was full, and we had a ton of options to choose from. The bed was a bit stiff but it was all around okay, the bathroom was roomy and with a big shower.

Good hotel in Kastoria central location. Very comfortable. Great brekfast with delicious sweet pastries. We felt very welcome and cared for. You can park by the street for free or in a city parking wich is only 10 meters right at the hotel and costs 4 euro/24h. The area is very good located and quite quiet and feels very safe. Thank you Hotel Europa for our pleasant stay.

So nice castle style hotel was over any of my expectations! So beautiful and comfortable rooms well equipped, so tidy and clean, good quality of furniture, finishes and extremely comfortable bed. Really in love with this hotel 🥰 Ps: and don't forget to visit the Cave of Dragon 😉, it's a very special place just a few minutes drive from the hotel by a tiny road along the lake with just outstanding view...

A small boutique hotel that you felt right like home ! Super clean / comfortable right in the city center with a delicious breakfast ! The owner gave us some tips for our trip which were hidden gems . One small thing was the door of the bathroom is super heavy and the shower little small but you find workarounds . Thank you for everything ! We will come again .

Fantastic traditional 17th-18th century stone-built house that reflects the architecture and design of that era. Very comfortable bed, clean, seems like every little detail has been taken care of. I liked the quality of the amenities and was pretty satisfied by the breakfast, good variety and quality materials. Very friendly and polite hosts, we had a very pleasant stay. I sincerely recommend it.

Amazing boutique hotel in the best part of town. It located it beutifull restored house, the room is traditionally decorated but modern equipped. The breakfast is superb and the hosts are very friendly and helpfull. Really recommended

After a tough day's cycling from Albania, including being bitten by a mountain dog, this was perfect place to stay. The staff were very helpful, particularly with getting treatment at a local medical centre, and made us and our bicycles very welcome. Comfortable, clean and an excellent breakfast. We had just stayed for a stopover, all we needed was there. We had a late supper in the room. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast room looked rather like a conference room. Nevertheless we would stop here again. We really felt taken care of by staff.

Superb rooms! Fully equipped with all the amenities (our room had a whirlpool bath), very carefully decorated with expensive furniture and sparkling clean! Staff is polite and extremely helpful too.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and was displayed well. The wifi cut out on us on the third floor every once in a while but aside from that we have no complaints. We look forward to coming back and staying here again someday.

The property was in a good location and the staff was good but the room was horrific. A side from being very small which we could handle the amenities in the room were horrible. No water in the room but the worst thing was that none of the plugs were good... Our chargers wouldn't even stay in the plugs they were so old and no plug in the bathroom made it impossible for me to do anything with my hair...

Very good 5 minutes from the center of Kastoria it is quiet at night the room is warm good breakfast and the most basic has a private parking space. Even its prices are within a reasonable framework. I think it was a very good choice I made, and if I go to Kastoria again I will go to the same hotel again.

The hotel is working 24 hours, we arrived very late but there was no problem at all, The employ at the hotel was very friendly and nice guy. The rooms were very clean, the heat was on A/C one in each room. We didn't get room with lake view in front, but also the side rooms can get you that view. The breakfest was standard but with a lot of choice what would you preffer to eat.

Very good hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Hot water and heating/AC available all the time. Our balcony was under the roof so it was a bit small but the view of the lake is breath-taking especially early in the morning. There is also free parking space and wifi available. This was a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel and surrounds, the type of village you envision in a small greek community. The hotel had tradtional atmosphere, an beautiful porch area and was just off the square. My only grievance was how uncomfortable the mattresses were. I had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up sore from how hard the bed was.

The owners, host, staff were remarkable. For my first time in Kastoria, I wish I had stayed there from the start. Being a solo traveler from New York to obtain family papers, they were simply put — thoughtful, kind, very clean, comfortable and the balconies absolutely an adorable touch. It’s a boutique hotel, but only by size. Thank you again. Will be back.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Centrally located, affordable price, but above all, incredible customer service from everyone. I was upgraded to the executive room for free, and the hotel is small enough where all staff knows your name, making you feel welcomed. Special thanks to Evi, she went above and beyond arranging a cab for me to visit a far-flung village where my family is from....

This is a family owned guest house in Kastoria. It has a very nice view of Kastoria from above. It is very nicely decorated with a cozy fire place area to hang out. The rooms are clean well maintained although not recently refurbished. Staff have been polite and helpful. Overall our experience has been great and this hotel is highly recommended.

Chris and Christina , are great hosts who immediately make you feel very comfortable. This is not is not like a typical Hotel as you can find works art everywhere! Very clean ,cozy location with fantastic views over the lake . One of the very few biker friendly Guest houses in Greece, highly recommended!
