The hotel is beautiful, large room with balcony. Grate bathroom, comfortable, the dinner is good ,however the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was really nice, beds very comfortable and food was fantastic. A little bit out of the city but we didnt mind as we had a car. Parking was easy and free. We paid to use the pool and sauna which was worth it, it was very relaxing. We tried to get a booking was a massage but they were fully booked. Really good stay, recommend it.

This was a wonderful stay in a wonderful hotel and surrounds, the type of village you envision in a small greek community. The hotel had tradtional atmosphere, an beautiful porch area and was just off the square. My only grievance was how uncomfortable the mattresses were. I had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up sore from how hard the bed was.

Nice hotel with great location and service…

Beautiful hotel and great service !!! My mum is a wheelchair user and the facilities were perfect for her. They have been very helpful during our staying, the rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff also played with our little son 😊. Really recommended !!!

Friendly, helpful management Comfortable room

After a tough day's cycling from Albania, including being bitten by a mountain dog, this was perfect place to stay. The staff were very helpful, particularly with getting treatment at a local medical centre, and made us and our bicycles very welcome. Comfortable, clean and an excellent breakfast. We couldn't have asked for more.

We had just stayed for a stopover, all we needed was there. We had a late supper in the room. Breakfast was very good, the breakfast room looked rather like a conference room. Nevertheless we would stop here again. We really felt taken care of by staff.

Superb rooms! Fully equipped with all the amenities (our room had a whirlpool bath), very carefully decorated with expensive furniture and sparkling clean! Staff is polite and extremely helpful too.

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and was displayed well. The wifi cut out on us on the third floor every once in a while but aside from that we have no complaints. We look forward to coming back and staying here again someday.

Really nice experience for a budget hotel. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, the nearby lot was full, so I ended up parking by the boats and walked over. Good breakfast!

Quiet place located a few car minutes away from the center. I have the impression that the spa addition is a bit of a gadget as they asked for a supplement to access the sauna and that the swimming pool is rather shallow and too close to the main road. The room was good save some mold and water damage in the shower areas (see photos). Overall a good experience marred by a lack of attention to details

This is a family owned guest house in Kastoria. It has a very nice view of Kastoria from above. It is very nicely decorated with a cozy fire place area to hang out. The rooms are clean well maintained although not recently refurbished. Staff have been polite and helpful. Overall our experience has been great and this hotel is highly recommended.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Centrally located, affordable price, but above all, incredible customer service from everyone. I was upgraded to the executive room for free, and the hotel is small enough where all staff knows your name, making you feel welcomed. Kastoria is a wonderful place, though sadly affected by the war with Russia. This hotel is very tasteful, in a refurbished traditional building, and the staff is very nice and attentive. However it is on a main town road so it can be noisy.
