At the reception there are now nice girls and a young man named Gergo, who patiently, kindly and with an invariable smile answered questions, overcoming the language barrier. Real rest. Beautiful, spacious room, comfortable bed. Nice pools. Delicious food in the restaurant. Perfect restaurant staff.

It was very nice, the food was good...the staff was nice...the only thing that bothered us were the many stink bugs that we had in our room. We had to get rid of them because I wouldn't have been able to sleep without them....the thermal baths, on the other hand, were great, pleasant water

Everything was perfect, only small issue was weak wifi signal on the room 401. Otherwise personal was very friendly and in most cases comunicated in Czech language, so it is very helpful for visitors from Czechia who can not comunicates on German or English language

As usual good service, clean room and in a prime location close to the Sárvár Thermál. Can only recommend. The restaurant food was better last year though, still a good choice.

Very clean place and well maintained. Restaurant is superb! Big portions and visually pleasing. The staff is extremely friendly and very polite. Totally recommend.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with the hotel itself. The Good: Our room was great. It was spacious, sparkling clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was a real highlight, with fantastic water pressure and perfect, consistent temperature. The breakfast that was included in our stay was also very good, and we had no problems with the service there. The One Major Drawback...

Comfort in another country! First time in Hungary on business and room was comfortable and spacious. The room was clean, and the staff was the best most of all. They made us feel welcome and very accommodating at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant had great food and desserts!! Just a wonderful group of people. It made my stay so much more memorable.

The room is awesome, also the bathroom, restourant is very good nice quality of foods, park is a paying park so my car is safe, staff is really kindly especially Evelin that gave me some good advice for visiting Sarvar and Szombathely. One of best hotel of my Life (i am a travel engineer)

Maybe for 1 night stay Maybe suitable for 1 night stay if you get it cheap. Safe park for motorcycle. Bedsheets were not comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.

Very well located, just in front of the main entrance to Sarvar spa over the road. Keys needed to be picked-up at the reception few hundreds of meters in direction to the city center, but all was quick and convenient. If you arrive by car there is a parking place behind the building; rooms accessible by an elevator; stayed with 2 children and a dog, kitchen well equipped and air conditioning working...

Everything was great. Clean, big apartment. Very close to the spa center Sarvar.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. If you are stay with your friends/family it's great. If you are going to a bigger group you can rent a big one
