Great hotel, everything was wonderful except the kids food at the restaurant.

The design is very good. I stayed there for two nights just because of its reputation. The bar is nice, the rooms are average, and the restaurant is expensive. It's just for a taste, not a hotel where you can live comfortably

It was so beautiful. In the distance was the smoke from the power station and the snow-capped mountains, and in the near distance was a patch of moss. The hotel's overhead floor was an outdoor swimming pool, which made the photos very dreamy. I also saw the aurora, heavy snow, and blue sky and white clouds, which was very impressive!

The location is easier to find than expected, and the front desk lady is super nice!! The hotel dinner is average, the breakfast is very nice~ The scenery is great, I will stay here again if I have the chance~

Stayed for a day in the hotel. It was very beautiful. Although the location was a little remote, the scenery was very good. The dinner was also very delicious (a little expensive). It was a pity that I didn't see the aurora, otherwise it would definitely be beautiful.

The whole hotel is very cleverly designed, it feels like a cabin There is also an outdoor hot spring A sense of loneliness

Very clean and comfortable. Loved the bath and a half. No fighting for the bathroom. The hot tub and steam room were great after a day of hiking.

Absolutely gorgeous rental unit with everything we needed. The design is perfect and also so relaxing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! This is a great little town for a few night’s stopover if you have the time. We loved the dark curtains, the terrace outside our sliding kitchen doors and the washer and dryer. All fine for the pice. Clean and cozy. The breakfast is simple but good, hosts are kind and helpful.

Is simple, clean, but need more details like no soap in the room,tv but without signal, no Glasses or water in the room, bad connection to internet. The personal are very nice.

The hotel is simple but has all basic amenities. It is clean and has very comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and helpful, available any time. Breakfast is simple but good.

Very peaceful. They will swich of all outside lights if you want to watch aurora outside. Hottub under the stairs is a nice touch.

very luxurious with spacious rooms with excellent facilities in the rooms

Iwas with two of my sons (both 22) in this hotel from 2 to 4 january. The staff were extremely friendly (we received a free upgrade without request). The suite was perfect and with living room and two bedrooms spacious. The hot tub right outside the door was a highlight even with -7°. The breakfast was extensive. Compared to other hotels in the area, this hotel is not rated enough in the reviews.

Luxury defined right from reception, elegant room spacious and added highlight is outdoor heated bathtub , excellent selection f wine, rooms have kitchen as well, thr breakfast spread is huge and plenty brilliant location to explore Selfoss and Golden circle

What a beautiful spot in the middle of nowhere!!! We had a blast at this hotel 😍 Bed, mattress and pillow were all so comfortable that it was if we floated onto the bed. Overall stay was ok, the service was not bad as we had issues with the aircon and the staff tried to help but at the end could not solve it. He gave us another room but the issue persists. It was really hot the whole night but the room and toilet was clean. The room is not that big but just good for one night stay, super near Gare du Nord.

Hotel with nice entrance, friendly staff. Only the room was very overdue. The bathroom had many defects and the floor was also in need of replacement. The rooms were very noisy, you could even hear the toilet above you flushing.

A small town hotel on the Golden Circle with hot springs and aurora wake-up service

The hotel is great, great accommodation and location.

Good hotel, breakfast was good Wifi was fast. Have an indoor swimming pool as well

Clean place. Small room but right for those who want to visit Iceland moving often and staying only one night. Recommended

Wonderful hotel! Fantastic location. It is a perfect place to stay for easy access to many of the waterfalls, glaciers, hot springs, geysers & black sand beaches. Very trendy hotel with shopping and dining inside. The small "food court" has lots of options, which is great for couples/groups with different cravings. Also, having so many food options inside the hotel was perfect after a long day of exploring. We were able to get coffee and pastries to go the next morning to save time. The bed was extremely comfortable and staff were very friendly.

Super cute hotel. Room was small but cute, clean, and comfortable. There is a bit of a wait in the food hall especially for the tacos. Really crowded. Staff friendly. Breakfast at the Cafe was nice. Not too expensive. It's an all in one place, shop, eat and sleep. Convenient to grocery and gas just across the street.

Best place i slept since in iceland. The owner, keep everithing in perfect conditions, as you expect from the photo. The bathroom needs a rennovation big, but not very confortable.

I had an amazing stay, the location was perfect, near a petrol station, a market, pharmacy, natural springs, a beach with black sand, and viking theme restaurant. The staff was great, the rooms were clean ... along with the hot tub.

Lovely little cottages at the foot of a rocky ridge, lovely view across fields to the east. The local farmer had a very friendly (and clever) dog, which taught or soon to play fetch. All in all, a lovely cottage, in a lovely place, but our baby had to sleep in the living room, which made evenings a little awkward, otherwise would have been 5 stars

One of the Best places I've been to the date. The cottages have literally everything, from dishes and cuterly to electronics (tv, fridge, Air dryer etc) and also towels with sleeping things. It has a small shower and small hot tub, but this is more then enough. It is very quite and by the time we went there the grass and trees were already green, very pleasant to see and feel the fresh air.

We had a great visit and enjoyed this location very much.The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The views from each cabin are stunning. There is nothing better then being in a remote cabin and watching shooting stars... and hoping to get a peak of the Northern Lights.

About a hour drive from airport and easy to find being just off road 1. The cottage is well equipped and homely with wifi and hot tub just to make your stay extra special. Local supermarket along with fuel station etc is only 3km away. Highly recommended and 10/10 for the host !

Amazing food, friendly staff and beautiful nature around the hotel

Loved this hotel. Very romantic and conveniently located very close to a nice hike to natural hotsprings. Restaurant was very good and had good vegetarian food. One critique was that they did not have blackout shades and it is very bright all night in the summer. If you stay here, bring an eyemask.

Very comfortable bed. Great view of the river from the room. Two hot tubs and a naturally heated pool. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was excellent as well with food cooked in the geothermal hot springs. Complimentary breakfast with good selection.

A warm and welcoming hotel in a dramatic setting. Incredible thermal hot springs heat hit tubs in the grounds of the hotel. Magical.

Food was outstanding! Hot tubs are perfect! So perfect, last night we could see the Northern Lights from them!!! The geothermal stabbed rye bread is a special treat! All in all, STAY HERE! Just do it. Don't think twice about it.

Lovely room, easy to find place and good parking. Nice and warm, after we had gotten wet outdoors this was very much appreciated.

Minimal but very comfortable room with private bathroom very appreciated

This was a really good place to stay. Rooms on small side but very clean with comfortable beds. En-suite shower good. One problem which affected us owing in part to the position of our bedhead at a window-sill. More pillows needed!!! One pillow per person absolutely NOT enough. However I'd be happy to recommend this place.

Very nice and clean guest house. Check-in and out were easy. The bed was comfortable, and the heating was excellent—individual restrooms with showers. We were delighted with our stay.

We had to cancel our stay after free cancellation period due to unexpected circumstances. Tobba was so kind to provide a full refund! Really great experience and communication with this guesthouse.

Decent place in Hveragadi to stay. Rooms are a bit small and mostly overlook a wall. It also doesn't have any kitchen unlike most of the guest houses in Iceland. Although one can walk to lot of eateries around. The room we stayed in had a clogged shower drain but that could be solved I guess easily.

This guest house was located centrally to all the local attractions. We had a small guest suite with a kitchen and living room. The accommodations were nice and pretty comfortable. We checked in late but they had a key waiting for us. I would recommend this guest house.

A brilliant place, everything you need for a comfortable stay is available there. Favorable and cordial hostess at the place of sauna and hotpot.

Great place to stay to tour the Golden Circle. Clean and friendly. Very helpful staff.

Very nice place; good kitchen to prepare food however missing non-stick pans. This place is absolutely charming! All the amenities you could want, a hot tub, laundry room, and good location near the Golden Circle.
