The hotel is very low level, everything in the room is the cheapest, the rooms are small, the whole hotel is on the first floor, you have to pay more for a sea view On the one hand it's good, the view of the sea is beautiful, but no one said that there is a parking lot in front of the windows The noise continued all night, even with the window closed.There is not a single hanger in the room... All the towels are very old, washed hundreds of times...There is no kettle or coffee machine... To boil water you have to go to the reception The only advantage of this hotel is that you cross the road and go straight to the beach...The staff is very nice and especially Lena

Not a 7.2 rating all a lie
This was rated a 7.2 star however this was NOT the case. First, we had to argue for parking because they wanted to charge us instead of honoring the fact that it says free parking but that wasn’t the end of it. When we got to the place the whole hotel REEKED of cigarettes and our room was no better in fact it smelled of mildew and sewage. The bedding was also dirty as there was a red stain on our pillow. In the bathroom there was no hand soap and everything just seemed old and used. The safe where we wanted to keep our valuables was also a joke as someone could have easily just carried it out. The curtains were also see through so I did not feel comfortable changing in our room and there was no blackout curtain. My fiancé and I skipped our last night stay as we both were not comfortable and did not feel safe leaving our belongings there a minute longer. It’s safe to say this was not a 7.2 rating hotel. And the pictures are a lie.

This place is VERY GREAT, I recommend staying away, the staff is just like dogs, set up by the hotel owners, there are normal ones, but mostly it's brutal, they say and do, I don't think the main thing is to not get in trouble with the management, they are ready to eat you for their own benefit, so that, as they say here, "the General" does not swear, at every opportunity they try to extort money, the prices at the bar are inflated by 500%, you will not be considered as people here, only money, only interest, I recommend you invest another 100 shekels in another location but not end up here, you will be left with a lot of terrible impressions, psychological trauma, the place is potential, but the fish rots from the head!

This was not a good experience. First of all, the booking said breakfast was included, but the guy at reception had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned it. The room was not clean at all - everything was stained, dusty, and in a very run down state. The WiFi barely worked, and to top everything off, the staff played loud music until 1am, and people were singing shouting and clapping along. The rooms start about two feet away from reception and so you can imagine what trying to sleep was like. Although I booked three nights, I left after two. The official website makes this place look great but the reality is very very different.

This hotel is a fraud ,
I have booked 4 rooms and I cancelled the reservation less than 30 minutes after my booking , they have ignored booking.com request to cancel the reservation , did not contact me to confirm arrival and still charged my credit card for 600$ !
Run for your souls , don't even think booking with them !

I canceled a room two days before the free full cancellation period, which was two weeks before my reservation for a two week stay. This hotel charged my credit card full price ($1123), after I disputed the charge with my bank (and reservation provider) they refunded less than half price. I am still in the process of getting a full refund, which I will receive, but why put people through such a hassle?!
