Great Facilities, But the Experience Falls Short
TL;DR: A large, well-equipped space with a wide variety of pools and clean facilities, but let down by mediocre massages and overpriced services.

I visited this spa with my wife on a weekday. The facility is expansive and clearly has a lot of potential, offering a wide range of amenities. However, while the physical space is impressive, the actual service and experience left us feeling that it is about 30% overpriced for what you actually get.

Facilities and Atmosphere
The logistical side of the visit started well. There is a large, convenient parking lot right at the entrance. Upon arrival, you’re provided with a locker for your belongings, and the showers are notably large and very clean.

The variety of pools is the highlight here:

Outdoor Pool: A large, heated pool that is very pleasant.

Specialty Pools: Several smaller pools featuring hot water and massage jets.

Wellness Area: A jacuzzi and both wet and dry saunas are available.

Seating: There are plenty of chairs and beds scattered around for lounging between dips.

Dining Options
The food situation is a bit of a mixed bag. They have a food truck area with 5–6 different options ranging from salads and soups to shawarma and pizza, all of which are quite nice. There is also a kiosk serving coffee, tea, juices, and pastries in a clean, enclosed garden with benches and tables.

However, the main restaurant was a disappointment. I would grade it on the level of a mediocre 3-star hotel restaurant—certainly not a culinary destination.

Issues and Service Gaps
There were two major factors that dragged the experience down:

Enforcement of Rules: Despite "No Smoking" signs being posted, the staff does not enforce them. We saw people smoking freely near the kiosk and right at the entrance to the showers, which was quite bothersome in a wellness environment.

The Massage Service: This was the most disappointing part of our visit. We booked 45-minute massages, and both were "medium-minus" at best. While the rooms were large and the temperature was well-regulated, the skill level of the masseuses was lacking. After speaking with other guests, it seems this is a common complaint. For the premium price charged, the quality of the treatments should be much higher.

Final Verdict
The spa has tons of potential thanks to its size and clean facilities, but it fails to deliver where it counts most. Between the lack of smoking enforcement and the subpar massages, the experience doesn't currently justify the high price tag. It’s a nice place for a day of swimming, but don't expect a high-end spa treatment.

The rooms are nice, but the complex is not worth the money. It tryst to be high end, they charge as high end, but it really is not, it's a 6.5 at best.

We took a suite for a weekend, it was way too much, it's ok for a night, not more.

Value for money- bad

I remember, I went a few years back, But before I left, a battle for the island took place, I am here now, and SOMEONE SOMEHOW STOLE IT?! I heard an inanimate leaf by the name of leafy stole the exact island I was about to go to again. Shame on you, leafy! But here’s a selfie I took of the so called “rebuilt” dream island. May God have mercy and one day you will have peace, I wish from the bottom of my heart. And may all the evil they did to you come back and be worse for them. Freedom, life. No more war, think of the children.
