Nice stay at the end of main vacation time in Italy. The room was big and clean. Due to the end of main vacation time in Italy there only was10 guests inside the big hotel. But nothing was missed an breakfast was great.

Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual.

Nice and calm hotel suitable for people who dont like loud and noisy places. Really professional and friendly employees that will help you with all your needs. Rooms are really clean and cointan all needed thing. There are two outside swimming pools, that are clean and opened till the sun goes down (until the dark). Hotel restaurant is opened only on weekends which is quite tricky as other restaurants...

Excellent resort with a fantastic swimming pool, large rooms and very attentive staff. A minor letdown is the restaurant (good quality but very limited choice) however there's plenty to choose from within the 1km range. Definitely recommended.

I stayed here during a four-day long conference I was attending. The room was nice and comfortable. 👍Breakfast and cappacino were included in with the cost of my room. Beautiful structure, with honest price, very clean and comfortable, not disturbed by any noise from the street. Air conditioning, wifi and mini bar in the room. Kind and helpful staff, large parking reserved for hotel guests and excellent breakfast included in the cost of the room. Located near the hospital (less than 1 km, about 10 minutes walk).

Nothing to say except that the room did not correspond to the one booked on the site Not very serious because of the response given to me by the reception after my note

Hotel located in an area full of services: restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, sea, clinic. You can reach Naples in 20 minutes. The structure and the rooms are very clean with superb themed rooms, very kind staff and excellent breakfast.

I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean.

Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced.

Great resort, seems like a hidden gem outside the city. We dont speak Italian, but the staff was super helpful and made us feel comfortable, especially the ladies at the front desk! We really loved our 2-night stay in the lake view lodge of Plana Resort. The rooms are clean, and the view is priceless at any time of the day. Communication with the staff during the day goes smoothly via WhatsApp. They are very responsive and always friendly. Happened upon on my motorcycle journey to the heel of Italy. So hot and tired at this stage from camping out and well surprised at how good and opulent the hotel is and a reasonable price. Traffic noise is problematic for me [I absolutely hate it and it is EVERYWHERE, but no villages in this part of the world] Italy is very crowded. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very good.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Joy. The rooms are a bit dated in style, which seems common for the area, but they were very clean, well maintained, and the air conditioning kept us perfectly comfortable.
