I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean.

Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced.

Happened upon on my motorcycle journey to the heel of Italy. So hot and tired at this stage from camping out and well surprised at how good and opulent the hotel is and a reasonable price. Traffic noise is problematic for me [I absolutely hate it and it is EVERYWHERE, but no villages in this part of the world] Italy is very crowded. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very good.

This place is Great!! The staff went out of their way to make sure we always had everything. The beach was fantastic. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. We stayed for over a week and they made us feel like family. We have stayed in many places through-out Europe / Italy - This is definitely a favorite. Great courtesy of the staff but facility is too aged. Not in a "classic" style way as the manager likes to say but because it seems that from 90s no upgrade has been made. La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. It was one of the best hotels i have stayed in around pozzuoli. The owners and staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.the views where to die for with the whole of the bay infront of you from my bedroom window. Beware - The only access to the property is through a locked street level door. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator. The staircase is very steep to ascend/descend, very difficult & dangerous to navigate with heavy luggage. The AC worked very poorly. The property manager did not physically show up at the property during my two night stay.

Beautiful place, however I would have like for the host to have gave me heads up with instructions.

Excellent B&B very well located in the heart of Baia. Absolutely perfect for my purposes as a base for diving with a local dive shop and touring the Baia archaelogical park. Great room size, comfortable bed, good internet, friendly breakfast option. Host was communicative and helpful. Strongly recommend.

The place is V quiet in a beautiful area

Its a nice hotel in a prime location, right on the waterfront of Baia. The rooms are large, with a full bathroom and kitchen en-suite, and there is air conditioning in each unit, its very clean too. Some of the difficulty is that the WIFI did not work (even after rebooting it), the TV was not connected to any service (not even local channels for news), there were a lot of mosquitos, the check-out time...

We wanted to visit the underwater park of Baia and we contacted the structure. The room we stayed in was very beautiful, clean, in a strategic position and with a breathtaking view. Furthermore, kindness and availability characterized Alessandro. We hope to return soon
