Very nice owner and waiters at restaurant

We chose this hotel for our school ski trip in 2024 and couldn't be happier with it! We were greeted on arrival and checked in straight away, no issues at all. Met the owner almost immediately and he is absolutely lovely. Not only was he very accommodating, he was understanding of our kids (who lost keys, got noisy and caused a mess). Luckily, we made sure this didn't impact any of his other guests...

Very welcoming place near Fiera di Primiero center. The staff are young and really helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. We chose full board and were extremely satisfied. Rich, varied and very good menu. To highlight the well-stocked breakfast buffet, there is also a mini buffet dedicated to children. The hotel also has a bar service.

Fantastic hotel where the biggest draw is the spa. It's super relaxing. The evening meal deal is also great value.

Everything was so perfect! The room, the food at the restaurant, all the staff, the swimming pool, the location and the activities were just amazing. Terrific :) We are already looking forward to book our next vacation at Mirabello Hotel!

The food, service, location, room, and spa were all great. The only problem was parking, not that unusual for hotels in Italy. The small cramped parking lot was full most of the time. We had to park a quarter mile up the road.

In a fantastic location an hotel in refurbishment, we found a fantastic staff , from the kitchen to the tour guide that made Us feel at home , keep on going guys…you are on the good route….

The pool and sauna were great. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Fairly close to some good trails.

Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish! Comfortable beds & incredible breakfast. The over all ambience of the hotel was very unique & special. However I must say the BEST part of our stay was the staff. Family owned & operated- they truly went over & beyond to make us feel right at home.

Best hotel in the area!! The owner and his sons are beyond kind and accommodating- they even drove our rental car from the hotel to where our four day trek ended so we didn’t have to take the bus. They also had plenty of recommendations for hikes in the area and truly wanted us to enjoy what the region had to offer. Cannot recommend enough!

We had the best experience at Hotel Luis. Giacomo and the staff made us feel like they were welcoming us into their home. They were so helpful and went above and beyond many times over, making our stay and our trip a delight. Can’t say enough about their hospitality. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Hotel Luis my husband and me. The owners are the nicest, they go out of their way to make sure we have a great experience. The hotel facilities and services, especially the spa and breakfast are awesome, plus the hotel is ideally located in Fiera di Primeiro. Do not hesitate to book a massage, it was so good and super cheap! I can't recommend this place enough!

We were very warmly greeted by GIACOMO at the front office. He’s the best Italian we met so far (in Italy some Italians are real nasty towards Asians) I would like to commend him as he was full of smiles and eager to explain things. Made our stay very comfortable. Rooms (13 in total) was good size and decorated. Dinner was excellent and price reasonable. Service was also very commendable by the staffs

My husband and I stayed at the Eden Hotel. What can I say: excellent cleanliness, superb breakfast and dinner, the owners were very kind and available to meet all their needs... The small spa is a real highlight, very nice, including the relaxation area. We'll be back very soon. We recommend it to everyone.

We found this hotel somewhat by chance, but it was a wonderful surprise! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a small but well-maintained wellness area with a sauna, Kneipp path, and hay chair (reservations required in advance). I highly recommend it!

A family-run hotel with very kind and helpful owners. The exterior is beautiful, painted throughout, with a truly distinctive external turret. We had the junior suite as a double room, and it feels like an imperial residence. There's a sofa at the entrance, all wood and in typical Trentino style, and the real highlight is the turret that doubles as a reading nook with a small armchair and coffee table...

Super clean and wonderful alpine style; furthermore, being in the pre-Christmas period (14 December), it was also beautifully decorated. Located in the historic center of Siror, on that weekend right in the middle of the Christmas market. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Rating 10 (praise for improving soundproofing between rooms). We will definitely be back.

Can be seen straight away this hotel is managed very well it's exceptionally clean and the wellness centre was excellent bonus. I took an Ebike and hit the trails which I loved

We had a wonderful 2day stay. Staff was extraordinary friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and very clean… wellness & sauna was hot and nice… Massage wasn’t available at our preferred day, but manager arranged for a massage at a different location, very kind!
