"The beautiful Italy" Super bungalow: clean, fresh, spacious and equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils. Bright and large bathroom (also for the disabled). Comfortable and tidy common spaces: bathrooms, play areas, swimming pool with super sun beds ... even mattresses for sunbathing !!! Fantastic entertainment that involved children and guests of all ages with very well organized, engaging, active...

I stayed for a week on a half board basis in the bungalow. Very simple breakfast only sweet, if you wanted salty you had to ask for it.The guys in the room at the first experiences. there was no socket for the hairdryer or razor, always in the bathroom there was a mirror without light. Overall decent for being outdoors not too close to the sea. In the country only essential for families.

We stayed at the cupra until yesterday. We had a great time. Excellent food (the only flaw ... the timetable) a little late for those with children like us (13h for lunch 20h for dinner). Clean and spacious room. All the comforts you need. Staff all kind and helpful ... thanks Alessia and Cristiano for the bar and a huge thank you to DAVIDE (especially for having convinced the chef to make us dessert...

Simple campsite, well priced. There's the usual problem of noisy neighbors at inappropriate hours and the sound of "animazione" near the bar during certain evenings. There's no toilet paper in the bathrooms (which is fine) and the bar doesn't have much, but it's only a 5 min drive from the beach and supermarket. It's a good homebase for going around this area.

Unfortunately, "Resort" is only in name. The apartment looks very nice; the entire building was recently renovated. There are a few things that would have earned it 4 or 5 stars, with a little more attention. First of all, the Wi-Fi; you can't claim you provide this service and then tell me it doesn't work. In a week, despite reporting some deficiencies in the apartment (missing waste bin, shower mat...

Nice experience. New and very clean apartments. Excellent linen service. Close to the sea and in an excellent location. I will definitely come back. Among the things that could certainly be improved was the mattress. It was really very uncomfortable.

Very clean and well-maintained apartments. Location very close to the sea. Unfortunately, we stayed on the ground floor, but the upstairs apartments are more airy, allowing you to use the balconies, which are still bright. The receptionist is very friendly and efficient.

Renovated building converted into an apartment rental. New apartments with modern, simple furnishings. Very close to the seafront and easily accessible. A drawback is the proximity to the train station, and the windows are not very soundproof. Staff are always readily available and helpful. Cleanliness needs to be improved in some cases, but it's still good.

Recently renovated apartments, comfortable beds and sofa beds, spacious and comfortable bathrooms and showers, excellent cleaning and sanitization for COVID. The wifi works very well. Excellent location close to the beach and amenities. Negative notes: the electric stovetops are pre-war in design and are very uncomfortable, and there are only two. The boiler holds little water and takes a long time...

Perfect place to stay ! Beautiful setting, rooms, breakfast all great. Freshly home made cake by the owner every morning. Very friendly, can't do enough for you. Our dog was very welcome as well. A campsite in the hills just a few minutes from the beach. Stefano the owner is the nicest host and his place is wonderful. There are a few farm animals for the kids, tranquillity and quiet. Highly recommended. Croissants and coffee available in the mornings.

We stayed the last week of May in Casal Farano. It was our first time in Le Marche and it was fantastic! We had a nice and clean room, with view on the pool. nice campsite, friendly host, lovely view, supermarket just a few minutes away, there's a sink to wash dishes right next to the tents, theres a nice pool to swim in. the toilets could use some work, some were missing a seat. the showers are okay. they could not provide a cable for electricity because they forgot where it was.

Plan was stay just one night and go down to the south. After we stay 13nights :-D. I think I said enough. Nice owners, all clean, nice and helpful employees here. Thank you, we really enjoy it!

Its a beautiful place for a vacation. Food is excellent, the people friendly. Families with their children perfect.
