Strategically well located, clean, with highly professional and polite staff, very helpful. The rooms are large, with air conditioning, WiFi, a very comfortable minibar. Abundant buffet breakfast. Recommended for those who go to this magnificent town of Marciana Marina!

Very basic B&B, fairly clean. The breakfast is simple but abundant, the owner very helpful.

Location is central to Marina Marciana, close to beach and public strip along the beach. Rooms are standard we're 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Beds are comfortable, room is clean. Breakfast has a good selection which the family enjoyed. Shower was very small but there was "consistent hot water which is more important to me. Overall it was a great value but not for those looking for luxury.

Best and top hotel in marciana marina… one of the best hotel in isola d’elba italy -Stuffs are very friendly and helpful (beautiful) - location is best (near beach/ front beach ( beautiful panorama) and lots of restaurants around it) -breakfast is truly awesome, and plenty of delicious and quality varieties to choose or to be eaten) - have a dinner in their restaurant will be a great and lovely experience...

Wonderful little hotel, just at the fine beach near many nice restaurants and bars, excellent pool, small but clean rooms. Not too pricey. Friendly service.

Cosy hotel. Right on the beach. Friendly staff, clean rooms. We had a room with sea view. Breakfast was a bit clumsy but that doesn’t matter. It’s off season so the hotel felt really quiet but we actually liked that. We already booked another hotel, but would’ve stayed another night if not. Great area to walk around and enjoy the cosy streets and discover restaurants.

Loved this hotel, it's a bit clumsy and dated, but the vibe is amazing with the heavy keychain on the room key and tiny old elevator. The view is amazing: The hotel is located right at this perfect little beach, surrounded with nice cafes and restaurants. Would visit again!

The room is big. The staff is really nice. The breakfast is delicious with the home made cakes every day. The location is perfect- 1 minute from the sea and 5 minutes from the sand beach (if you dont want to use the car) The cleaning service is just perfect. Everything was perfectly cleaned every day. I recommend you this hotel.

great hotel with private parking. the hotel is within the ZTL of Marciana Marina during summer. take care to not get fined. apart fromt hat the hotel is in a good location. perhaps, you don’t need a car for some days vacation at this place. the breakfast is great the rooms are average, good enough, everything works. i do recommend it for families and couples.
