The owner is very kund and helpful. Rooms are confy and give you what you need: a nice shower, good beds and tv. The location is quite far from l'Aquila city, but it is also a good point, the area is very quiet and relaxing. The owner can cook a great dinner and a cappuccino with croissant as breakfast is a perfect way to start in the morning.

The hotel is located a few kilometers from the city of L'Aquila and a few minutes from the state road, therefore in a convenient position for visiting the L'Aquila area. You can breathe and experience a familiar and informal atmosphere that is reconciled with the desire for relaxation and vacation. The breakfast is adequate and Italian. there is a parking lot, there is no lift but you can unload upstairs...

The restaurant is located in a strategic point for various tourist destinations. We found ourselves very well and the friendliness of the owners made us feel at ease, as if we had always known them. The apartment was new and very clean and comfortable, and bathroom had a great shower. Parking could be found along the road. Owner was helpful and answered all our questions.

What to say ? Everything perfect, the owner very kind and very helpful, excellent location, comfortable bed, full kitchen it was possible to cook with comfort as if it were your own home. Very convenient room especially if you are in L'Aquila for GSSI. Also very close distance to the historic centre of the city. The host was very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasant surprise that the room was cleaned every day! Also appreciated that there is a coffee machine with free capsules in the common area!

We stayed four in July 2020. A well-kept, clean and very comfortable b & b. I don't give 5 stars just because because of Covid we couldn't have breakfast in the structure. Thanks to Grazia, the owner who made herself available to us. L'Aquila is a beautiful city that rises, all to be admired.

Excellent base for visiting the center, which is really within walking distance. Nevertheless, in the room you can enjoy tranquility and silence. The structure is brand new, very clean and well maintained. Abundant breakfast and a praise to the owner Grazia who with her friendliness and availability makes you feel at home. When I return to L'Aquila I will know where to stay!

I stayed at this beautiful B&B for one night. It is a recently built structure with new furniture, design and equipped with every comfort. The room is spacious and very clean as is the bathroom. I appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of Grazia, who was able to satisfy my request for baggage and bike management, being a cyclist on the road, with obviously particular logistical needs. Overall it was excellent, and it offers the best mattress and pillows for an excellent night's sleep!!!

Structure in an excellent location, a stone's throw from the motorway, ideal for visiting L 'Aquila and the surrounding area, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Clean, comfortable rooms, very abundant breakfast with fresh fruit and the possibility of combining sweet and savory. Owner in hand and extremely helpful: I highly recommend this B&B

La propreté, la sécurité, l'accueil, et les petits détails dans les chambres : bouteille d'eau minerale, bonbons, bureau pour le travail... tout est pensé et réfléchi pour 1 sejour reposant et au top. De même que les excellents conseils concernant les restaurants, lieux à visiter, et la sympathie de l'hôte.

Everything was perfect, the owner incredibly welcoming! I had a person traveling with me who needed the gluten freer products, and he was so nice to buy specific items for breakfast. The B&B is very central and super clean. We also traveled with a little dog and it was not a prob! Thank you Angelo

The b & b is just outside the eagle, so you are forced to take your bikes back to the center. On the other hand, it is located in a quiet area. Very large rooms, recently redone bathrooms, comfortable beds, unbeatable prices. It is accessed with a ramp that is not very convenient for motorcycles and the gate opens automatically by making a phone call previously enabled by the owner. Too bad that we...
