My family and I stayed at this property with some friends to celebrate New Year's Eve. We had a wonderful time; the staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was very clean, and the location in the center of town makes it ideal for excursions. On a positive note, the food was truly excellent, and the on-site parking was very convenient. Congratulations!

Located on Scanno's main square, it has two stars, but deserves three. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The room was a decent size (it was a triple) and was simply and tastefully furnished. The sweet and savory breakfast was generous. Reserved indoor parking. Absolutely positive experience.

I stayed for one night with my partner in the hotel after finishing a horseback tour in early August. We have been assigned a room overlooking the square… beautiful. Very pleasant furnishings, even a safe… and impeccable cleanliness! When the opportunity arises, I will certainly return here! Very kind, friendly and helpful staff! I have only now found out to be 2 stars, but it proves so much more....

Hotel located in the historic center in the square. Free parking located in the back. It is not signposted from there to the hotel entrance: take the stairs to the elevator. Some rooms overlook the town square, nice view but very noisy, in summer you have to sleep with the windows closed (there is no air conditioning) and in any case so the noise is heard until late at night (4:30 and beyond). Breakfast...

A quiet and relaxing hotel. Just steps from the historic center, a few kilometers from the lake, the room was clean, warm, and spacious. The kindness of the owner, the rich and excellent breakfast...in short, nothing to complain about. I would definitely return. We spent a wonderful weekend with our family. Thank you for everything.

Our experience was limited to two nights on a bed and breakfast basis, but it was enough to confirm the positive reviews that had convinced us to choose this property. The owner, Mrs. Floriana, was always very kind and helpful; the room was clean and welcoming; the breakfast was plentiful and, above all, delicious, thanks to the desserts prepared by the lady herself.

We stayed for two nights, nothing to complain about. Excellent location, family-run, pet-friendly, just steps from the center, clean and spacious rooms. Floriana's kindness is unparalleled. Kudos to you for continuing this great work. Thank you for your hospitality.

A very positive experience. The hotel was recently renovated (some aspects are still underway, but there are no inconveniences to guests) and is conveniently located for walking to the city center. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally courteous, with Floriana attentive to our every need and request. There's a positive family atmosphere.

Great location in the old town with a beautiful view from the room overlooking the mountains. Parking was available for the hotel's guests. Good wi-fi and breakfast. Friendly service. There is no air-conditioning or fans in the rooms, so it could be too hot in summer.

Discreet hotel, two stars you deserve. I would have given 4 stars if it hadn't been for breakfast: poor quality coffee, very old and hard croissants and in general a very sparse breakfast: a drink, rusks, a croissant, packaged waffles and a couple of slices of donut, little choice (no savory option). As for the very nice room, it's a pity about the lack of WiFi.

I stayed at this hotel over New Year's Eve with my family, and I must say the room was a very standard one, with working heating and water. The staff was very friendly, the food was excellent, and the New Year's Eve party was fantastic and fun, with a DJ providing entertainment. Plus, the hotel has a children's room where they were entertained all evening with fun games. The hotel's location is excellent...

We spent almost a week at this hotel in the heart of Scanno in August. The hotel's strategic location is excellent: it's just steps from Scanno's historic center and close to the municipal shuttle stop, which offers a convenient, free service for hotel guests from mid-July to early September. This shuttle provides easy access to the magnificent and well-equipped Scanno Lake, Villalago near the Cammino...

The hotel is strategically located, just 15 minutes from the Passo Godi ski slopes. The location is also good because it's in the center of town. The friendliness of the staff at reception and especially in the restaurant was truly fantastic. The breakfast pastries were delicious (especially the cakes), and the buffet was well-stocked. Dinner was also good. The only thing that, in my opinion, needs...

Very good location very close to the center of Scanno. Clean hotel .. large and comfortable rooms. Great courtesy of the staff. Excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend it.

For 4 people we had a room with two communicating rooms. Comfortable !! Hotel convenient to the center and with private parking. Breakfast with sweets made by them.

Outdated rooms, really old doors and you could hear the continuous creaking of the shutters. The mattress is very uncomfortable. They say they have agreements with restaurants but it is not true they are ONLY recommended. 3 stars for cleanliness and friendliness
