Rooms are clean. Breakfast is not bad

Mid level structure with a bit old furniture. The services are still efficient and the staff is present and kind.

The hotel has a big, beautifull yard with a pool and outdoor terace. Rooms deserve a 3/5. Some are clean, some are not. Food is good. It does not have a huge capacity. Around 100-150 people.

Great place to stay in Andria, personnel professional and educate, rooms are big and clean, air conditioned not dusty. Pool present. Close to the bus station.

Good. Nice breakfast with excellent coffee...we are in Italy! Personnel is very kind. Nice pool it but was "green"most of the time.. Airco broken in my room...when they fix such problems they get 4 stars for the category.

Beautiful place and impeccable service 🔝

An oasis of tranquility and carefree a few steps from the town and from Castel del Monte, I was at a graduation party and everything was perfect, and with attention to detail, the chef and the (high-level) staff were impeccable . In thanking the owners for their exquisite availability, I highly recommend everyone to visit this place.

Fantastic place ... Surrounded by nature, it is a dream place. I attended both events and short stays and in both cases I was super satisfied. I booked the location for some events .... So for me it is super recommended.

Beautiful location like the owners and staff. Excellent food, well-kept rooms with a sunny and clean swimming pool. Sorry to have to go home. I highly recommend especially for the family atmosphere that Mariella and Francesco convey. Really beautiful and friendly people. We will definitely be back 😊

Simply a paradise. We stayed at the villa at the beginning of our holidays in Puglia and returned at the end of our week by the sea because it is an amazing place. Very beautiful villa with attention to cleanliness and details, splendid garden and swimming pool with palm trees and lots of greenery, relaxing music, with snacks and drinks. We spent 2 night in this cosy Villa. Very nice B&B with huge pool, poolhouse and garden with palm trees. And above all with a super charming & friendly host Jessica. The B&B is away from the main road to Andria, so a quite place. We were lucky to have the villa & pool for our own, no other guests around... There is no permanent presence of the host, but in case needed Jessica was there in 15min. Breakfast...

Great stay on June 3, 2022. Enjoying the pool is priceless during the hottest days. Jessica is a great caring and discreet hostess. It pampers you for a unique stay. Recommended if you are in the area.

Beautiful villa between Andria and Castel del Monte. Very well kept and cared for from every point of view; perfect place to relax. The room I slept in was stocked with everything you need and the bathroom was super comfortable and super clean. Jessica and her mom took care of whatever was needed: food, breakfast, information on where to go out. They even bought me a bag to put the snack to eat during...

I had an excellent stay in Villa Adriana. Jessica, my host was very attentive and very responsive to all my requests, the Villa is perfect for a vacation, located 10 minutes from Castel del Monte, a place to visit absolutely! I strongly recommend Villa Adriana! Thank you for everything again Jessica!

B&B Liberty

We stayed in this B&B before Easter, we had a great time, the place was very nice, the rooms and bathroom were spotless, a hearty breakfast with selected products. The owner was very kind and at the end of the stay she even gave a very welcome gift to our child. We will definitely be back !! Thanks for everything! Fantastic!

An extremely clean B&B, excellent location with garage available to customers. Hearty breakfast, courtesy and customer care EXCELLENT.

In the historic center of Andria, with private parking. Clean rooms and Mrs. Roberta really kind and always available. Excellent location for visiting Trani, Bisceglie and Castel del Monte.

Inviting and well situated B&B

My husband and I spent a night on 12/4/19 in this comfortable B&B during a trip to Sicily. Large rooms in a historic building in the center of Andria. Bright and clean rooms, furnished with original early twentieth century furniture. Friendly and helpful owners. Parking space in the building's garage.

Very spacious and modern rooms. Nice loft with armchairs. Very kind and helpful owner.

Beautiful old building tastefully restaured. Very friendly owners. Private garage nearby. Beautiful big room with air conditioning. Excellent value for money. Great location, 5 mins walk from the old town. They even have a beauty salon within the facilities (i had my nails done after breakfast for a really small fee). Would definitely recommend and go back.

We had an amazing stay at Borgomurgia. We have been so well welcomed by Roberta and Vincenzo. They were during our stay so careful and devoted towards us and gave us the best adresses in the area. They made our stay unbelievable!! The best place to go around Puglia with any doubt !

Delightful structure in the historic center of Andria, clean and tastefully furnished rooms. Terrace with a splendid view of the three bell towers of the city, bright courtyard, fascinating hypogeum, kindness and courtesy of the staff. Recommended.

A beautiful and well-kept facility in the historic center of Andria. The managers are very kind and assist you in all respects. We stayed in an apartment equipped with all comforts.

A B&B located in the historic center managed by Roberta and Vincenzo. Renovated and furnished with taste and cozy spaces well distributed, very clean with air conditioning. There are terraces with spaces and furnishings where you can relax while reading a good book, they offer a panoramic view of the historic center where on top of a hill you can see the Castel del Monte. Mrs. Roberta is very kind...

Vincenzo is extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern and beautiful, and the terraces perched high above Andria’s old town offer unrivalved panoramic views.

Definitely, the place where I was in heaven! I couldn't have been happier!!!!!

Welcome, hospitality, kindness and availability in the first place. My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in 2 different rooms, and both rooms were spotless, tidy, modern and fragrant, like all the rooms. The place is excellent, quiet and the view from the balcony, which overlooks the square "Santa Maria vetere", is beautiful. The location is strategic, under the house there is...

Very competitive prices given the area in which it is located. Really modern property but in some places still incomplete, I hope it will be finalized as soon as possible to make the icing that is missing from the 5th star. The manager is very nice and helpful, the Wi-Fi works well. There is also a mini bar with moderate prices.

I had a very good time, the room was comfortable, clean and warm (it was quite chilly outside), the rural atmosphere was very nice, and the food (dinner and breakfast) was truly delicious. We struggled a little with the language, but Camelia was very friendly and helpful, thank you :)

Beautiful place, we also nailed a beautiful sunny day. Location surrounded by nature, large spaces for walking outside and perhaps sitting at the tables, excellent local cuisine, kind and welcoming owner, ditto also for the staff who served us at the table.

At Tannoya Estate, food is not boring! The kitchen provides simple and tasty dishes to be savored with pleasure while also enjoying the scents of our Murgia. The staff is courteous and follows the tastes of the service times. The possibility of completing the convivial moment by walking outside the dining rooms is pleasant.

This place is truly unique! Warmhearted hosts, amasing freshly made local food. Huge variety, cosy dining place, and beautiful surrounding of the restaurant. My favourite place in Puglia! I have been there many times, absolutel, reccommend going there!

We enjoy so much arriving there by private plane. We have been perfectly reveived by the manager, rooms were confortable and we ate very well with a very good and efficient service. The dining rooms are lovely and well decorated. Many of the products we eat on site are produced localy. We highly recommend to make a stop over there :)

We spent a delightful ~24hrs with these generous, kind, friendly and genuine folks, ate 3 sumptuous meals, and we occupied a well-appointed, thoughtfully-remodeled but charming ancient room.
