This hotel is truly underrated! Large, air-conditioned room. Very comfortable bed. Spacious, well-equipped bathroom (the shower gel smells lovely). The pool is very pleasant, and the towel service is a nice touch! The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff makes sure it's always well-stocked! The price is more than reasonable! I highly recommend it!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever return to Puglia. Highly recommended.

The hotel could have received a higher rating if the room offered better amenities for a 4-star hotel. The room lacked complimentary toiletries, a kettle, and a lamp on the table. Furthermore, the bathroom door could use some fixing, as it scraped against the floor, making it difficult to open and close (room 115). Despite being in a quiet area, quite a lot of noise at night from people talking nearby until 1am. Food in hotel good but glacial service in restaurant.

Clean room no salon like description says- AC was not working probably. Staff was not helpful at all. The area is really turned off. Nothing opened to eat out of business so if you just staying to chill then it’s good.

The pictures of the room were not what the room was. Otherwise the hotel was well located and breakfast was great

Great place to stay! Super nice hotel in a city that we just loved! Breakfast was great and the location in the center of the old town with walking distance to everything. Quiet and nice. We used the Spa and even that met our expectations.

The environment where the hotel is placed is amazing and the rooms are nice and quiet. As an improvement point it would be good to renew the bathrooms as they are very old.

I found the hotel quintessentially Italian and lovely but it wouldn't be to everyone's taste eg if you prefer modern. There is air con. Personally I liked the touches like the room door key which I found to be part of its charm. Apollonia (concierge) was always helpful and friendly.

i adore this property, located in the heart of the old town but still close enough for parking, it is seeped in history. I’ve stayed here twice now and both rooms I stayed in were lovely. but it is the owner is who makes it so special.

Small but clean and cozy room, well furnished. Central position. Breakfast with little choice. The historic building is characteristic, but having to leave the room key on the reception desk every time you leave the structure has created a bit of discomfort. Helpful but somewhat rude staff. Good price for the central location.

I stayed in the room with the frescoed ceiling! Fantastic! When I woke up I seemed to open my eyes under a fantastic decorated sky… this is Puglia. Mrs. Apollonia makes the difference!

Central location, easily available but paid parking. Cozy and clean room, very nice bathroom. Giancarlo was very kind. Good breakfast at the bar 300m from the room. Convenient to reach Polignano.

A small but very clean hotel. Had the room which is pictured and it really does look like it. Only this room didn't have a balcony, which wasn't a problem. Always my pleasure semra

We stayed 2 nights at the Nonna Rosa residence, located in the historic center of Conversano, very welcoming and clean with all comforts, Mr. Gian Carlo very polite ready to put guests at ease. I recommend it, I will return
