Nice staff, good location, big rooms, nice breakfast. Minus: lack of parking places vlose by and streets closed nearby. The general style is 2000’s kind of peach colours. No cold white wine with the shelf full of wines to be served and there was 36 outside. We liked it but not loved it.

I went to the restaurant of this recommended hotel, and I had a great time. Greeted by a very kind lady, she already granted us car parking in the space reserved for hotel guests, and even, considering the very cold and rainy day, she accompanied us with her car to the entrance of the large church... which anyway it is very close to the hotel restaurant. This is my second stay at this no-frills guesthouse, equipped with all the necessary comforts. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is excellent, offering a good selection of homemade cakes. Excellent value for money and a perfect location, just steps from the port and the Castello district. The beach is also less than a 5-minute walk away.

I stayed at this guesthouse for one night because I was in Termoli on an errand. The guesthouse is strategically located in the town, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and very close to the town center, with all its bars and shops. This pension has a number of advantages including certainly the strategic position (in the center, very close to the sea), excellent home cooking and a good quality / price ratio. The rooms are spotless but very small and basic. The welcome, then, is not at all the best and this is a real shame.

Marked the room down as very small and dated furniture. That said, excellent location for the Fort, Corso beach, restaurants and for us, walking distance to family. Breakfasts were awesome with great staff and freshly baked cakes and slices daily and a good range for the rest of the buffet. Props to the staff.

If you are checking in in July and August the road to hotel is blocked you must tell the police and call the hotel to let you in . The room was modern and clean but very small

Absolutely fabulous location, within a stone's throw of the beach and the center of Termoli. A bit tired/worn in terms of decor and infrastructure, but perfectly acceptable. Clean. Staff: Incredibly friendly and responsive. And, a great value!

Very close to the Sanctuary of Saint Pio of Pietrelcina, it is only 3-4 mins walking uphill, ideal location to stay for pilgrims. Also close to the hospital. There are a few restayrants nearby. The hotel is about 7-8 mins drive to the town centre. The room was clean, bowever, the shower was a bit too snall. Good air circulation in the room. The breakfast was just ok.

The room! They are doing renovations and outside of the room, they built an extended patio for all of the rooms. Scaffolding everywhere, the room looked like a jail cell. For a 3 star hotel I found it beautiful, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Parking included, varied and abundant breakfast, I had a room that looked right out onto the sea. I would definitely recommend it. The only things to review are: the check-in time... at 2.30pm I think is definitely too late. And the paid beach towel... never seen anything like it: having to pay 2 euros for the beach towel laundry...

The room was spotless! The receptionist took his time to provide more information on local bus transportation to Monte Sant’Angelo. The hotel is a stone’s throw away from Padre Pio sanctuary. They offer free breakfast with decent options.

A more flexible checking in to allow hotel customers check in a little early with considerations for human conditions such as long hours of travel and the stress of being on the road for a day or two. Checking in at 11.00 am to 12-.00 pm. Will be helpful and boost the moral of the hotel.

We were on holiday in Italy and visited Martur Resort in Italy. It is a private beach so not overcrowded at all, you can hire pedalos and they have various activitys. Staff were really helpful; restaurant was great. Would recommend a stay.
