As soon as he immediately gave me the feeling of being at home, very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and recently renovated. The hotel is about 500m from the sea, offering the first very hearty breakfast, available to clients there is the possibility to park the car in the private parking lot of 'hotel. Personally I could not expect more. I'll be back soon with my family. 5 stars deserved

We have been coming to this hotel for two years, and we had a great time. Friendly staff, spotless rooms and excellent value for money. It is located a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia. I read a lot of really useless reviews, filled with requests that are not compatible with this structure (I remember it's three stars) or even untruthful.

Hotel located in a strategic position, near the sea and many clubs in the area. Relaxing location and large rooms, with good cleaning. Excellent value for money. A little poor breakfast, I hope that with the arrival of summer there is a wider choice. Helpful staff.

Fantastic place. Cozy and traditional rooms, very fresh even without the air conditioning. We stayed there for a wedding and everything was amazing. Cool swimming pool, nice breakfast andkind staff.

We went there for dinner with my partner , the location is amazing , the service outstanding , Antonio the waiter was absolutely careful to accommodate our request and he was extremely kind and professional , paying attention to every single detail. Perfect location a few minutes walk from the centre where you will find amazing restaurants in the evening. The B&B has a beautiful private rooftop where you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach and watch the sunset over therooftops. Lovely breakfast and great coffee. Wonderful hosts that were very accommodating with any requests. Would stay again without hesitation.

Modern and clean facility, very helpful and kind staff. Very good typical breakfast; maybe I would have liked a bigger choice of chocolate desserts. The terrace where breakfast is very pleasant. We stayed in the small apartment on the ground floor, very nice. The only flaw, you can hear a lot of noises from the street. Overall, totally deserved 5 stars. Located in the historic center of Maruggio, they offer excellent value for money, large rooms equipped with all the necessary services and a beautiful terrace where breakfast is served. Alessandra and Massimo are fantastic: authentically hospitable without being affected or intrusive, always attentive to the needs of the guests, smiling and helpful. This b&b has a great location in relation to the center and right on the beach and the sea. The service is top notch! Beautiful place! We stayed for two nights in September 2021. The spacious house has two guest rooms. Everything was clean. Great atmosphere, close to nature, we loved the huge wild garden. The hosts were very welcoming. Breakfast is served on the beautiful terrace. Best thing about this place: Direct access to the beach. Restaurants / stores are 10 minute walk away.

Very nice and welcoming .... !! Kind to satisfy requests ...! If we talk about b & b we should talk about breakfast and reasonable prices and room cleaning At least every two days ... !!!!! This should be respected in all b & bs around the world !! Unfortunately this is not the case !! X sleep the price seems really excessive! Two km from a fabulous sea (at least remember the bubble bath !!)

The structure is presented in a more than satisfactory way for all needs, beautiful new location, clean and well located both to go to the sea (maximum 10 minutes by road) and to reach any place one wants to visit, kindness and availability of its owner Simone and of its collaborators to satisfy our every request; I recommend everyone to go there.

Beautiful place for absolute relaxation. Sea 200 meters from the thrilling beauty. Comfortable home for a family of 3. The only, purely personal note, there is no dishwasher and in 2022, where water is scarce in the world, washing dishes and dishes by hand is a waste that I just cannot conceive (this is the reason for the 4 stars).
