Staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel location is far from the city centre and no good places to eat. There was a convenience store at the gas station called Autogrill which was open and had limited options.

Staff were excellent. Room was minimal but the bathroom was roomy. Good breakfast

Reception staff are not very helpful or particularly friendly. No tea or coffee in the rooms, air conditioning not working.

Hotel outside the center but easy to reach by bus. We went with the school, a two-year high school trip. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, although only sweet. Cozy, new and clean rooms, comfortable beds and doors that don't squeak. Recommended for business trips and also for a school group, but in this case it is necessary to organize because there is no recreational area to entertain...

Rooms are spacious, modern and tidy. Bathroom great. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is in a good location walkable to the historic centre but the road in is winding and the GPS may need to be ignored for some turns. Room was clean and comfortable and service friendly and helpful. Parking was available underneath. A nice continental breakfast buffet with perfect cappuccino.

The hotel is very close to the city center. You can reach everywhere by walking. The hotel is an old hotel and has not been renovated. Despite this, it is clean, tidy and in good condition. It has an authentic structure. Almost everything is wood. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff is friendly and everywhere is clean. Also, the price is reasonable.

My visit was short since I only went for a business meeting but the hotel is really nice. It's located right in the heart of Potenza with many cafés and restaurants all around, yet quiet and cosy. The staff/owners were really nice. The room is decorated with antiques, kind of hipster. I wish I had more time there.

Nice and very clean room and commune area! The tenants were flexible for the schedule of our arrival, and offered very nicely to store our travel bikes inside. Grazie de nuovo! The fridge & microwave are a good point too!

The accomodation is located very close the city center. The host is very helfpul, friendly and hearty! The room was comfortable and I didn't miss anything here.

Excellent location, close to pedestrian walkway. Small B&B. The host Lello gave exceptional customer service. He spoke some English so that was also helpful.

Large clean rooms in an old but stylish apartment building. The owner does not speak English but will call his son to translate and that worked fine. Breakfast is just a ticket for a coffee and a pastry at a nearby coffee shop.

Excellent value for money. Immediately adjacent to the center avoids all the problems of the latter. Parking is a blessing!

Perfect stay to say the least. Comfortable room with excellent cleaning. Mr. Rocco was truly exquisite in his person from the welcome to the management of the guest in all its nuances, impeccable cleanliness and above all the presence of the parking lot in a central power area is really a gem not to be underestimated. Recently, I spent a Saturday night in one of the rooms of the B&B 85 center, well-kept, well-cleaned, arranged, new, warm accommodations just a few steps from the historic center of Potenza and its Santa Lucia escalators. Good breakfast with kitchenette available all day, free parking and the staff (like Mr. Rocco) always polite, friendly, approachable, sociable, helpful and smiling. Recommended 👍
