The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very big. The personal very friendly and the food at the restaurant fantastic.

Nice welcome, nice place and excellent restaurant. Near Lake Bracciano with parking (underground and outdoor), with an excellent restaurant where we could dine comfortably, with all the anti Covid safety criteria. The room is really large, even with a kitchen, a small living room, bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning was thorough, the service, from the welcome to the check-in to the restaurant service...

The owner, Vespa enthusiast! Cozy location, which directly overlooks Lake Bracciano. Simple but efficient rooms, abundant breakfast with sweets (pity the lack of salty, but not heavy). Prices more than reasonable. Highly recommended

A stunning villa! Finished in the smallest details from the garden to the internal structure. The owners are two very sweet people who treated us very well. The best value for money ever. What can I say they far exceeded my expectations impossible to find a treatment of this kind in a hotel. The value for money is perhaps the best ever found. Excellent place to rest and relax. Conveniently located close to the train station and the historic center. I stayed here in 2017 and in 2018. Good price, very clean, and very welcoming owners. I highly recommend it!

The property is beautiful, located in a very quiet area and a beautiful view from the pool area. The breakfast and stay are amazing value for money, we had a great time. But the best part were the owners, the most welcoming, warm and helpful sweet people ever!! They made sure we had everything we need, baked fresh pastries for us every morning to make sure we have enough and they even offered to bring...

This is the third year we have come here. To get away from the chaotic life of the city, coming here from Antonella and Flavio is the right place. Always kind, helpful, nice and never intrusive! Keep it up!!

Amazing quiet country side location, the pool area has the best view and the owners are the sweetest, warmest and welcoming people ever!! It’s the best stay in the area in terms of good value for money. The lovely couple that holds the b&b made sure we are comfortable and even offered to give us a ride to the grocery store. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area!!

Luisa is super nice and friendly. She met us, showed everything. Appartment is clean, kitchen with all important, but if you want to cook we didn't find pans or anything. But breakfast are nice, you can have various options. Location near histotical center.

Friendly and helpful owner. Absolutely best price in the whole area and beyond, also offering much more than other b & bs. B & b located in the center of Anguillara, you can reach all points of interest on foot. Various parking lots nearby. Great location. Beautiful rooms, equipped with everything you need (soaps, towels, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator) and very clean, the scent can be felt right...

Nice big room. The private bathroom discreet, but out of the room. Self service breakfast area with access to the kitchen, equipped with everything you need.

We stayed there for 2 nights and I highly recommend it, both in terms of quality and price, as well as for the friendliness of the owner. The 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are air-conditioned, are very comfortable, the 2 bathrooms are very functional, and the breakfast is very hearty, nothing to say about the cleanliness of the premises. To be honest with you, at first glance, the B&B does not look like much...

Great BnB in a beautiful little town. Host was very accommodating, nice breakfast. We had the whole place to ourselves. Oh and the beds are really comfy!!

B & b located in a beautiful town that lies just above Lake Bracciano which is also suitable for swimming on the hottest days. Fairly large room. The bathroom is separate and is not inside the room and through the exit and entrance there are 2/3 doors to open. From that point of view it is not very comfortable but for the quality / price ratio it is perfect. Good breakfast but not abundant recommended...

Very nice campsite surrounded by greenery with a wonderful equipped private beach where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. Peace and tranquility reign here. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended

We stayed three days in this structure and we had a really good time... I thank the employees at the reception for their friendliness and hospitality as well as the owner for the service offered and for allowing my three boys to visit Rome!!!! !

Very nice location near de lake of Bracciano. The lodge has all the luxery you need. A nice bed, private bathroom wirh shower and your own kitchen. It also has a small terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. The owner is very helpfull and her English is pretty good.

The owners are very friendly, the shop has everything you need for daily life. restaurant there is a nice variety and the staff there is very friendly. The towns around the lake are close by and provide beautiful image of the Italian way of life. Only downside is accessibility by public transport. Buses are only 3 times a day at awkward times, even in the high season. The owner was very friendly...

Wonderful, fully renovated apartment in a great location at the historical centre of Anguillara. It has two bedrooms equipped with airco and two bathrooms, plus a cosy living room with open kitchen. There is free parking nearby (5min walk) and a big supermarket. Great views from the roof terrace and close to the lake. Our host was extremely helpful. Great quality - price!

The view of the lake from the terrace was breathtaking! Beds were very comfortable. Spacious apartment.

I don't want to recommend it at all because I would prefer to keep this place to myself. What a gorgeous B&B. The terrace alone is worth the stay! Just sit and watch and enjoy life! There are only two double rooms, so it's nice and quiet and cosy.

Fairytale stay! The location in the heart of the historic center is perfect, very convenient to see everything you want to visit in the surrounding area. Well furnished, clean and pleasantly quiet environments. The terrace has a panoramic and picturesque view of the lake. The sunsets from here were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

It was a nice, clean and quiet place.

Great BnB. Staff very kind. Large and cozy room with air conditioning and TV. Comfortable bed and quite firm (no memory foam thank God). Small but clean bathroom. Nice balcony. Unfortunately, the building is dated but the area and the apartment are 100% worth the price.

Cute. The owners and available. The room very clean. Bed linen immaculate! Hygiene products in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite adequate. Quiet place just outside the historic centre and close to the lake. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine always ready with the waffles. In the fridge there are juices, water and fresh yoghurt. What more can I say?!?!?!

Breakfast was great. Locations was also good for Florence and the surrounding areas.

This is a beautiful place to stay. I was stressed about finding parking, but it was much easier than I expected. The room was lovely and it was great to be so close to the lake. Federico was a great host!

Wonderful, historic Bnb on lakefront in picturesque fisherman's village

The host, Federico, is wonderful. He has gone out of his way to provide information and support to make our stay extra special. The rooms are beautiful. Two of them have gorgeous lake views and the third view of the town on the hillside is also pretty. We arrived on the Monday after Easter when the ferry was running and the market was bustling. As the day wore on, the waterfront became crowded...

Great location, near the Sailing club. Start set in the house help you to survive first few days.

The site from the mobile home was amazing. The mobile home was a good experience, it was clean it had the essentials. The staff was amazing, they were all friendly and welcoming.

Amazing restaurant by the lake. The service was amazing as was the food. Cooked amazing pasta for the kids and then we ploughed through 4 amazing courses of food. The presentation, flavours and quality food products used meant that this was one of the best restaurants I have eaten at here in Italy. I now totally understand why you need to book in advance!

Friendly staff, especially on the beach when our friend's kayak was blowing out to sea/lake. The friendly lifeguard rowed out to rescue it with no sign of annoyance whatsoever. Really accessible car park with umbrellas and sun beds costing €5 each (€4 after 3pm). We didn't eat here, but had spritz and beer on the beach from their friendly bar. Very reasonably priced. There toilets were clean and accessible...

Lovely atmosphere. Children and dog friendly. Very good food - new and inventive menu.

Beautiful place!!!!! The restaurant is very good.. There's a lot of choice of Italian food. It is a good camping to stay some days and rest yourself.. We stayed there 10 days. Quite place, very good food!!!
