Hotel is about 20miles from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Room was clean, basic setup to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was light. A/C worked fine. Bus to the local train station stops right in front of hotel. To get from Massimino to Rome is about a ten minute bus ride to the hote then about an hour train ride into central Rome.

The owner, Vespa enthusiast! Cozy location, which directly overlooks Lake Bracciano. Simple but efficient rooms, abundant breakfast with sweets (pity the lack of salty, but not heavy). Prices more than reasonable. Highly recommended

This is a beautiful place to stay. I was stressed about finding parking, but it was much easier than I expected. The room was lovely and it was great to be so close to the lake. Federico was a great host!

Wonderful, historic Bnb on lakefront in picturesque fisherman's village

The host, Federico, is wonderful. He has gone out of his way to provide information and support to make our stay extra special. The rooms are beautiful. Two of them have gorgeous lake views and the third view of the town on the hillside is also pretty. We arrived on the Monday after Easter when the ferry was running and the market was bustling. It was a nice, clean and quiet place.

Great BnB. Staff very kind. Large and cozy room with air conditioning and TV. Comfortable bed and quite firm (no memory foam thank God). Small but clean bathroom. Nice balcony. Unfortunately, the building is dated but the area and the apartment are 100% worth the price.

Cute. The owners and available. The room very clean. Bed linen immaculate! Hygiene products in the bathroom. Breakfast was quite adequate. Quiet place just outside the historic centre and close to the lake. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine always ready with the waffles. In the fridge there are juices, water and fresh yoghurt. What more can I say?!?!?!

Wonderful, fully renovated apartment in a great location at the historical centre of Anguillara. It has two bedrooms equipped with airco and two bathrooms, plus a cosy living room with open kitchen. There is free parking nearby (5min walk) and a big supermarket. Great views from the roof terrace and close to the lake. Our host was extremely helpful. Great quality - price!

The view of the lake from the terrace was breathtaking! Beds were very comfortable. Spacious apartment.

I don't want to recommend it at all because I would prefer to keep this place to myself. What a gorgeous B&B. The terrace alone is worth the stay! Just sit and watch and enjoy life! There are only two double rooms, so it's nice and quiet and cosy.

Fairytale stay! The location in the heart of the historic center is perfect, very convenient to see everything you want to visit in the surrounding area. Well furnished, clean and pleasantly quiet environments. The terrace has a panoramic and picturesque view of the lake. The sunsets from here were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

Views and walks by the Lake, the old cobbled streets, the people, the food and coffee was so cheap and tasted great

The location is Incredible, very close to the lake with an incredible view. There is a nice terrace looking over the lake. Stefano was very friendly. Overall I would say that it was a great value for the price paid.

We had an amazing 12 day stay at Domus Anguillaria. We visited Rome by train and Calcata by car. The lake is very nice for swimming. We had the 4 personroom. It was clean, cosy and the owner is very friendly. The balcony offered a beautiful sunset and view over the lake. The breakfast around the corner is delicious. We recommend this b&b. The only problem is that you don't want to go home ;)

Great location with stunning view of the lake.Right in the centre of the town so you can walk everywhere. Quiet in the evenings. The breakfast is served on the terrace which is a plus. Clean. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the bathroom is shared.This was also used as a set for an episode of Everybody Loves Raymond.

The property is beautiful, located in a very quiet area and a beautiful view from the pool area. The breakfast and stay are amazing value for money, we had a great time. But the best part were the owners, the most welcoming, warm and helpful sweet people ever!! They made sure we had everything we need, baked fresh pastries for us every morning to make sure we have enough and they even offered to bring...

This is the third year we have come here. To get away from the chaotic life of the city, coming here from Antonella and Flavio is the right place. Always kind, helpful, nice and never intrusive! Keep it up!!

Amazing quiet country side location, the pool area has the best view and the owners are the sweetest, warmest and welcoming people ever!! It’s the best stay in the area in terms of good value for money. The lovely couple that holds the b&b made sure we are comfortable and even offered to give us a ride to the grocery store. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area!!

The site from the mobile home was amazing. The mobile home was a good experience, it was clean it had the essentials. The staff was amazing, they were all friendly and welcoming.

Amazing restaurant by the lake. The service was amazing as was the food. Cooked amazing pasta for the kids and then we ploughed through 4 amazing courses of food. The presentation, flavours and quality food products used meant that this was one of the best restaurants I have eaten at here in Italy. I now totally understand why you need to book in advance!

Friendly staff, especially on the beach when our friend's kayak was blowing out to sea/lake. The friendly lifeguard rowed out to rescue it with no sign of annoyance whatsoever. Really accessible car park with umbrellas and sun beds costing €5 each (€4 after 3pm). We didn't eat here, but had spritz and beer on the beach from their friendly bar. Very reasonably priced. There toilets were clean and accessible...

Beautiful place!!!!! The restaurant is very good.. There's a lot of choice of Italian food. It is a good camping to stay some days and rest yourself.. We stayed there 10 days. Quite place, very good food!!!

I stayed at the property last weekend and I must say that it is a welcoming place with very clean rooms (a fact of no small importance today). The hosts are available and of unique courtesy. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended and cheap place.
