The hotel was clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the breakfast was also good, which was included in the price of the room. Within the hotel there is a restaurant and a bar which was nice if you want to step out for a drink or quick meal. Free parking on the hotel grounds. Overall, it was a good experience.
At first I was a little nervous about the location as it was directly at the beginning of the motorway. I was worried that as we were on foot , it would be difficult to access without a vehicle, and that but would also be noisy with the traffic. I needn't of worried however, as there wmis a perfectly safe pavement from the hotel all the way into Valmontone (a little dodgy trying to cross the roundabout...
Lovely little hotel, amazing restaurant. New showers in the rooms too. Keep up the good work.

Nice experience for staying!! Well organized facilities and well known hotel restaurant were so crowded with local guest,, Location is quite good and easy to access for motorway!!
Nice hotel, good location. Poor breakfast (no eggs, no omlet, no, no...). Noisy area, from 6:30 in the morning...wherever you'll have the room!

The service was abysmal..we waited 45 minutes before any food appeared..when a bowl with water was requested to clean my hands after peeling prawns I was directed to the toilet by the young waitress.

Stopped for a one night stop, I discovered a beautiful place surrounded by greenery, very pleasant and calm, with semi-independent rooms and a separate farmhouse, used as a dining room for the restaurant / breakfast. Fine and refined environments at a modest price. Clean and well-kept all the environments. Excellent site that I will definitely return to.
The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Fabulous place. Beautiful rooms wonderful restaurant and great breakfast. Pool area is really good too. Only 35 mins to Rome in the train. Lovely restaurants around Valmontone. Great place to relax and unwind. Staff very friendly and helpful

Nice hotel with bad food Clean hotel, nice, large area, great pools. But I always expect from "agriturismo" a good cuisine or at least a decent breakfast. The restaurant was very disappointing, not tasty and high prices, and for breakfast I would be ashamed if I were the owners, only muffins and croissants, not even a piece of cheese, I see for the first time such a thing in Italy. B & b really welcoming. The impeccable service and rooms, as well as a truly enviable value for money. The kitchen also makes the stay really tasty and a rich and satisfying morning awakening. Finally, the kindness and courtesy of the staff encourage you to come back sooner than expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I stayed here on May 1st for a weekend. We had a great time and spent two days in a cozy and clean environment; also satisfied with the fresh and abundant breakfast.
New structure. I recommend it for its strategic position and its abundant breakfast. We will be back!

Excellent cleaning of very spacious rooms in a very quiet area. Equipped and cozy kitchen. Excellent breakfast, and great hospitality of the lady who welcomed us with a homemade cake. about 15 minutes from rainbow magicland.
I give you some advice .... go to Castagneto and you will thank me. I had a great time lovely, quiet and mostly welcoming place. The added value was the education and friendliness of the owners who welcomed me, my family and my friends as if they had known us for a lifetime. Believe me such good people today it is a great fortune to meet them. Well done.
Fantastic place surrounded by greenery ... a structure equipped with all comforts welcomed us. The room overlooks the garden and therefore our 4-legged friend also fully enjoyed the stay. Highly recommended

The proprietor is a kind and cordial person. Available for anything. The structure is very clean, large green space and is located in a convenient position to reach everything in a few minutes. Plentiful and exquisite colzone. Absolutely highly recommended !!!!

We stayed in the structure for two days to visit rainbow MagicLand and Zoomarine. The structure is in a very convenient position as it is just a few kilometers from the motorway exit but also surrounded by greenery. The room was clean and equipped with the essentials. The excellent and varied breakfast, with homemade cakes and various drinks. Overall absolutely recommended !!

Quiet location, beautiful villa, secure internal parking with automatic gate, new furnishings, air conditioning and all the comforts for the stay. Francesco as a Host is superlative and spares nothing to please us. Really nothing to say about anything really deserved 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Beautiful well-kept structure, pleasant garden, well-furnished rooms too. With direct access from the garden or terrace. In the room TV, kettle with you and cafe. They don't provide breakfast but just off the street there are bars and a supermarket. Kind welcome. Thoughtful, even a small problem was solved by Alba in a kind and immediate way
Nanni's hospitality was the added value to the holiday in Ibla. We doubled the days of stay thanks to the heat we found in the Earth of the sun. We were captured by the breakfasts on the terrace and the attentions of Nanni who suggested us the excursion program every day.
