We stayed at the Villa degli Ulivi with our large family for the first three weeks of August 2021. What can I say? A simply wonderful place where we have left a piece of our heart. Stayed with a group of 12 people. Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Very well-kept garden. Great pool. Kitchens equipped with all utensils. But above all the kindness, availability and courtesy of the owners make it a special place. Recommended for a holiday with friends.
Holidays ended today 4/6/20. What can I say, 10 wonderful days, 5 couples of friends who did not miss anything. Beautiful place, fabulous and well cleaned pool, all very well cared for by the Calid factotum, very courteous and helpful, the owners of the estate, Ms Grazia and mr. Alberto, with a kindness and unique sympathy. Highly recommended place, on the hills of Fermo. For sure we will be back....

B&B just outside Fermo with a beautiful view of the Marche countryside. The structure is managed by a very kind, attentive and very nice lady, with whom, during our stay, we pleasantly spent time talking. We stayed two nights on the August bank holiday, the rooms are large and clean as is the bathroom. Absolutely recommended. I recommend paying the bill because she is a former karate champion.. ;

The structure is in a position with a wonderful view, excellent cleanliness and hospitality of the owner Chiara. Not to mention the breakfast with cakes made by Chiara. I recommend having dinner at the restaurant under the accommodation, the Sale Grosso, excellent food and excellent quality price
A b & b with all the trimmings. Cozy and clean rooms, called with 8 names of the winds, a nice fridge available with a dedicated shelf for each room just to avoid confusion. Excellent location, peace and silence reign. The icing on the cake? Breakfast, a show of sweets. Discreet, courteous and super helpful staff Highly recommended

We have stayed twice now as a couple and have found it very comfortable and lovely decor. Everything is clean and the coffee at the breakfast is delicious! The host is very lovely and welcoming with great conversation too!
A wonderful place for view and location, a welcoming and always available manager, full of advice on what to see and where to eat. Rooms ok. One of the best and real B & Bs in the country.

An elegant setting in an ancient building located in one of the main streets of the city. Excellent hospitality, very comfortable beds, which after a car trip that lasted several hours, was what we needed. Kindness and silence, to guarantee a good rest. And then Fermo, which is absolutely worth a visit.
Family stay in a large apartment (Altana) tastefully furnished and equipped with everything inside the Romani Adami building. It is also important that the structure is located in the historic center so that you can reach the square with its bars and the Cathedral of Fermo in a few minutes on foot. We also found the coffee capsules and breakfast snacks much appreciated. ☺️ The owner is kind and helpful...
We loved our stay in the ‘Woodhouse’ apartment. It is very quiet and peaceful, with a delightful courtyard to sit in outside. The rooms were very clean and airy, the bed large and comfortable. The location is excellent - very close to the centre of town, cafes and restaurants. We highly recommend Palazzo Romani Adami.
I discovered a welcoming accommodation, in a beautiful green garden. It is located in the center of the town, from which you can reach all the beauty of Fermo on foot, and the sea at a maximum of 15 minutes by car. The Barn, where we stayed, is in my heart: large spaces and well divided, with all the comforts at hand. Definitely recommend it and will be back. Thanks to the hostess and her staff

Spectacular panorama in truly agri structure. Strategic location to reach both the sea and to visit the hinterland. Positive note: peace and tranquility that waft from morning till night. Service note, poolside watering in the afternoon is quite annoying. High rating.
Stephano is a nice guy. He produces wine, olive-oil and pasta.
