It would be a six-star hotel based on past experiences (I've stayed with my wife three times in the past four years, twice in mid-September and once in early October for the PIF in Castelfidardo). The apartment was beautiful and clean. Isabella was exceptional. This year, I was supposed to return from September 10th to 15th (5 nights), but surprisingly, she asked me for 60% more (80 + 60% = 128) with breakfast and about 40% more without breakfast. I was shocked and reluctantly gave up. I understand, and a slight increase is acceptable, but not to this extent. If only Isabella and her beautiful apartment had been in the Loreto area, perhaps I would have been forced to stay, but fortunately, there are other people who, for 78 euros a night, offer equally beautiful and clean accommodations. I'd also like to remind Isabella that these are tough times for everyone. My pension increased by 7% gross, not 40 or 60% net, and I emphasize net.

Isabella is an exceptional person, attentive to detail and always available. The house reflects her care and love for her work.

Casa molto accogliente e curata nei particolari. Siamo andati a dicembre la casa era calda. La proprietaria la signora Isabella gentilissima e ti fa sentire a casa.

Absolutely beautiful b&b , so clean and spacious the owner brings the breakfast at 7am and leaves it outside for you and its amazing, packed with croissants and tarte it makes a truly great breakfast and with a great mall with a supermarket only 5mins away and the town with all you need 15 mins away , I also recommend to get a car if you can as you only a few miles away from wonderful views and a amazing beach ..

Isabella's house is a beautiful house to spend the holidays. The house is spotless, lovely rooms, spacious bathroom and equipped with all comforts. Isabella welcomes you with her sympathy and kindness right away! We spent 3 wonderful days, me together with a friend with our daughters, pampered by Isabella's extravagant breakfasts. A thousand thanks!! Highly recommended !!

Unfortunately, we only stayed for two nights. Isabella is a fantastic person who makes guests feel at home. We even benefited from a free umbrella and sun loungers. His B&B is impeccable, I don't know what to find negative. Thanks again and I hope to see you soon. Pine tree

Isabella's home is located in Loreto. Spacious apartment, spotless and very welcoming. The very nice Isabella is very friendly and helpful. In the evening we had an excellent lunch at the partner restaurant that he recommended. Super fresh breakfast in the morning, really a lot of stuff. Absolutely recommended.

Very clean and very welcoming, equipped with everything for the stay. Mrs. Isabella helpful and friendly, great location, super breakfast.
Isabella also provided us with a tray of scones for the trip. to be returned also as a stopover for longer trips. Also excellent is the fish-based dinner at the recommended restaurant with a 10% discount.
