Hotel Continental in Pesaro

Beautiful beach in 50 meters from hotel, and nothing more good to say... It is the first hotel in my life to get one star...
1. Personel dont speak English, at all.
2. Spent about an hour on reception for someone to come and one more explaining that we have booked a room, car parking ect.
2.a. the room was not ready so we were forwarded to other hotel for one night...
3. Breakfast is very poor, even for Italy. They did not changeg tablecloth for whole week, even when it was in ketchup from last group... same about stuff aprons...
4. Food for dinner and supper is awful. I mean it is something similar to pasta, but tasteless and every day the same. 2 times a day you get pasta... 7 days a week.
5. Rooms are small, with small beds.
6. Air conditioner is extra paid.
7. There is 1 electric socket in the room for 3 person.
8. No Wifi, even on reception.
9. It seems that the last renovation was made like, 30 or 40 years ago.
10. Shower really small, shower head has no holder, and hose leaks at least in 3 different places.
11. Toilet has no cover on it.
12. Beach is extra paid.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! It seems much better in the photos but actually everything is a scam and nothing is true. The rooms were horrendous; moreover, in many cases (as we were a group) AC didn’t work, rooms were small and not clean. Service was CATASTROPHIC, they were very rude to us for no reason and were not understanding. The food was also very disgusting , we found spider in one of the salads. The ONLY thing that is brilliant is the location as the hotel is close to everything you might possibly need or want to see. Our experience was very disappointing and horrendous, I DON’T recommend it at all!! Avoid it at all costs!

We were in the hotel as attenders of the festival in Pesaro and that was the worst holiday hotel we ever had. The room was very small for 4 people (2ad+2kids) and utmost uncomfortable - the bathroom is so tiny that there is literally no space between the wall and WC)) The walls and ceiling are dirty with coating falling down. No aircon (besides a dinosaur on the floor pretending to be an AC but for extra charge and with doubtful output). Food - it is miserable parody to a hotel dining service. Food is strictly limited and in the first 2 minutes people just run to a table to grab some salad or rice (like in movie - Platform). If you don't fight for cucumbers and carrots you don't get half or your dinner. The first and main course are served personally, often both dishes on the same plate.)) Quality of food is far below the average. Staff. Staff - this word is too good to call those people. They just don't care. Towels are not being changed more than four days. Linings were changed only once during the weekly stay and only on the bed I pointed out. In the dining room the paper table covers were not changed since days and after I asked the waitress to change the cover they did it only on my table)) ignoring the mess just in hand reach. To my personal thinking - the owners of the hotel just dont care abt the people and reputation.

Great location, but really run down & not looked after.. Doesn't seem like anybody there cares about their residents & guests at all.. Pretty cold & rude.. Shower broken with the door jamming in & water spraying to all sides... Dusty wardrobes & worn out furniture, poor room planning - after moving the furniture around in the room actually had space to move! Dirty curtains & floor under the bed. They didn't even replace towels or toiletries in between the days.. Glad it was only an emergency stay for 2 nights
