Located near the centre of Pesaro, 1 km from the Ducal Palace and 2 km from Pesaro train station, 35 km from Rimini airport.

Stay well away!!! it's just bad .... Apart from the location nothing else works the worst hotel experience you can get!! No bed sheets no towels we had to ask to be moved in another room no AC although it has been sold as AC room...etc ... Just stay away

First the positive, because then it's worth complaining about:
Clean pool with a lifeguard, practically on the beach, good food (except for breakfast, where everything is cold and the Sobo croissants are inedible unless you like the cardboard taste of pizza).
Negative: Inexistent cleanliness in the rooms; I had a dead cockroach in my room, and it was still there three days later.
Breakfast, as mentioned.
You pay 8 euros a day for air conditioning. The bathroom has no windows, and it's so small it's scorching hot inside.
You also pay for 8 hours of parking, and I discovered it on the premises.
The owner calls you an idiot.

Unfortunately, we only stayed at this hotel for one night, but it was truly worth it. The room facing the sea was spotlessly clean, and the staff were equally as friendly. They also have a wonderful pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas available for guests. We didn't go to the beach, but I think they definitely have lounge chair and umbrella service. If we ever come back to Pesaro, we'll definitely stay here again because everything was perfect. ♥️

It is good but it has not air conditionner, only ventilation, which causes to be really hot in summer and people on the street talks loud and cars make much noises. Parking not included in the price and it was told to us that it's maybe full. The good points are that you are extremely close to the sea and they have their proper swimming pool

We have been coming to Pesaro for years, and some have started staying at the Majestic hotel.
Mrs. Lucia and her partner Mr. Ivan are wonderful both as hosts, both humanly and professionally they are the TOP.
Wonderfully managed by the director as well as Dr. Claudio.
He has always reserved our double room for our four-legged friends, because for me first my cats must be comfortable and then us.
The food? Well I tell you that every time I come here I gain 10kg.
If you are looking for a hotel where you feel at home, you have found the right hotel ...
Two steps from the center and the sea, and for those who find it hard to walk there is always the swimming pool, where you are always followed by the watchful eye of the lifeguard.
Believe me you will not regret it….

Excellent location, seafront room very spacious and always fresh and no air conditioning needed. Bathroom a bit small. Clean hotel, attached to the beach, nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Simple breakfast, good coffee included in the breakfast. Clean and well-kept swimming pool. Access to the car park is a bit awkward, because you have to take the road that leads to the beach and on the sides there are mopeds and it becomes even narrower. Not ideal for wheelchair users. There is no direct access to the car park from the hotel. Also you have to be careful of people going to or returning from the beach. The beach is well kept and clean as well as the bar. The umbrellas are very close together.
The location of the hotel allows you to reach the center in a few minutes on foot. In addition there is the cycle path that allows you to move anywhere.

Complete absence of facilities for personal hygiene other than soap in an "industrial" dispenser
Low standard full board menu and very poor breakfast.
Service, apart from a few isolated cases, unprofessional.
No wifi connection on the floors and lift service to be reviewed.
Paid parking but not guarded ... in case of accidental damage, reluctant to intervene.
Pool clean and well served by competent and helpful staff.
Excellent location and almost direct connection with the beach, even if the umbrellas in agreement are in the rear.

Hotel in an excellent location and close to the beach. The single room I was given was clean and very spacious. The girl at the reception was very courteous and helpful, as were the other staff of the facility. The breakfast in the morning is decent. The only sore point is there is no air conditioning.
