Family oriented resort town. Hotel is on the sea with a picture perfect view of the old town of Termoli. The hotel had available parking which is nice during peak holiday season. Rooms are larger than expected when staying in a European hotel. No complaints.

Very nice hotel adjacent to the lovely beach! Just a short walk into a very nice town centre so in an excellent location. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice set in a pleasant dining room. There is an additional charge for parking underneath the hotel if required. Although we only stayed one night it would make for a great holiday stay. Would recommend.

I am a heavy person, 250 lbs so my first night, I found it difficult to shower as it was very tight and I could not bend down. When I asked for another room, they immediately came up with a shower which was laid out differently and was perfect for my needs. I controlled the air conditioning, which was great. We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 5 days in late July and had a great time. Strategic position in front of the station and a few meters from all the equipped beaches. Spacious, bright and spotless room. Very cordial staff and unparalleled breakfast: many products for an excellent and abundant sweet or savory breakfast. We will be back as soon as possible. The location is excellent in the centre of the town, the rooms are very small and with old furniture, the breakfast is good, the staff is kind, and the parking is not very easy.

We checked in here June 4th which is the off season. I like the fact that it is quiet. The first room we were given was very hot. They do not have air conditioning on yet so they were very accommodating and switched us to the seaside where we could open a door and get a breeze. This was much better! Thank goodness. We were on holiday in Italy and visited Martur Resort in Italy. It is a private beach so not overcrowded at all, you can hire pedalos and they have various activitys. Staff were really helpful; restaurant was great. Would recommend a stay.

the view is amazing, the direct beach access is great and rare, the room was clean and comfortable, huuuuge balcony. the breakfast was average. we loved the assigned parking spot underground.

Nice staff Food was ok. My room could have been better. Very well appointed with a terrace. It was too close to a generator which kept starting day and night. Considering I'm here out of season in early April. I should have been given a slightly better positioned room.

Was there late spring 2019, awesome place clean and good food. They went out of their way to switch rooms due to a party with loud music. They gave a suite with ocean view and a massive balcony. The view is spectacular on the beach. They also have a huge infinity pool. Will be back her in 2022. Great place and price is just right

Very nice location for visiting the historic center of Termoli and it’s beaches. The hotel has a lovely vintage charm to it. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the sea and port of Termoli. Quality price good.

This pension has a number of advantages including certainly the strategic position (in the center, very close to the sea), excellent home cooking and a good quality / price ratio. The rooms are spotless but very small and basic. The welcome, then, is not at all the best and this is a real shame.

We only stayed 4 nights bed and breakfast but we could appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the rooms were basic but well cleaned and the towels and sheets were changed daily, the pension is centrally located and from there you can access the old village to the beaches below and to the various restaurants and trattorias in the nightlife area at a price accessible to all, I recommend it

The location was just perfect, meters away from the beach, the port, old town, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was included and very satisfying, buffet style.

We stayed in this structure, we found ourselves very well: upon arrival we were greeted by Gerardo (the owner), a very helpful and easy-going person. Discreet and clean room, fish dinners, in my opinion excellent, served in their internal garden. Small note: being in the center you have to make do with finding a parking space.

The hotel was fine, but as soon as I arrived, I are in the restaurant and they put a jug of water on the table without asking and later billed me €2 for "aqua naturale" This behaviour​ I only expect at very tourist oriented restaurants, not at an otherwise excellent hotel.

We stayed here and enjoyed ourselves. We happened across it by accident looking for a hotel. But we got more - a visit to a working farm and great people. Its small, quaint and not posh but nice and quaint - but its real. Very real if that is what your looking for. This is agritourisim - visiting a family establishment that farms and looks after you. My kids loved the animals and we enjoyed the hospitality

Perfect place for the best beach, 10 minute walk to the old town, and bit less to all the many restaurants in the newer town centre. B+B itself very clean and spacious rooms. Our room had 2 balconies overlooking the beach and old town. Rosanna very welcoming and kind giving some tips on where to eat etc. Highly recommended

Deceptively wonderful. You want a basic room to lay your head down at night? You want a reasonable price? You want to be close to the action in Termoli? This is it! Super comfortable bed. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The gal who sets up your breakfast, Antonella, is very sweet.

We stayed only one night after a last minute decision to stay in Termoli……everything was perfect and more (we have paid a lot more to stay in some really grotty hotels around Italy). Antonella made us feel really welcome and it’s a 5 minute walk to beach and restaurants etc would thoroughly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

B&B.. both Bs are good! modern room in a renovated building, and breakfast is really good and served on the roof. You must pick up the key at the travel agency with the same name, 5 min walking, maximum. when leaving, keys are dropped in a box
