Fantastic hotel in a small town with good parking

The hotel is located in the center of the village and the rooms are clean, spacious and it's quite outside. Parking is available in front of the hotel. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel serves delicious food and the personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast with a wonderful selection of sweet and salty produce is served next to the reception.

The hotel was quiet, and the staff were all very friendly, which was very appreciated. They all tried to quickly resolve any small issues in the room. They had a variety of wines and were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable enough for a family of three. The breakfast menu was not very varied, but it was clean. Thank you again for your sincere gratitude.

I hosted a group Pilates retreat @pilatesbodycenter in the region and this was suggested for dinner and did not disappoint! The views alone are worth the visit, but the food was excellent as well. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Looking forward to a return visit!

Good stay in Londra Beautiful hotel offering everything I needed. It is well located a 4 minute walk from the train station, and a qui k stroll to the centre of town. I just missed water in room (there was a mini bar in the fridge but only with other beverages). Breakfast was quite varied and very tasty. A very neat hotel right in the city center. For breakfast we were offered a variety of sweet/salty like cakes, eggs etc. The room was clean, silent at night and bed comfortable. The heating can be managed easily via an ac system - as i saw some comments complaining about that.

This was a very last minute booking due to train cancellation. It is only 10 min walk from Alessandria station which is convenient. Home away from home Fantastic stay at this hotel. I had a late arrival, but that was no issues since the hotel has a 24h front desk. Quiet and calm area in Alessandria. The staff was awesome and I got help with what parking app to use and together were all multi-lingual. Room were cleaned every day and it was spotless. I will definitely be back

Borgo Vecchio Neive is a wonderful boutique hotel located in the old town of Neive. Having stayed at the Locanda before, I am very happy to report that my second time around was just as good. Perfect location for exploring Piemonte with amazing views from each of the rooms. Dinner on the terrasse is also a spectacular setting and of course the wines served are equally as good. Will not hesitate to return.

Excellent stay: the place is very quiet and relaxing. Lots of lush greens around the house, a little forest just round the corner and some charming history behind the Fornace. Owners are very welcoming and willing to help you turn your stay into a lovely tour of all sorts of tastes of the land, from food to wine.

Everything was superb! The stay here was fantastic! Francesco is what made the place even more special! He was amazing with his friendly and generous customer service. The views are amazing, the wine was delicious and the pool was a great way to finish a wonderful day.

As a former tour & cruise guide I can gladly report that the gracious hosts of this grand view hilltop farm offer superb cuisine, including delicious wines from their own vines that surround the property. The well-appointed rooms & suites are quiet, cosy and comfortable and with the huge pool you will not want to leave. An excellent choice I shall gladly return to.

What I liked most was the location and the peace and quiet. The house's own vineyard and the view from the pool is fantastic and there are many different corners to relax in. I can absolutely recommend it and you are close to Asti, Alba, Turin, etc. We even took our own wine with us. I can absolutely recommend it if you are in the region.

Relax Relaxing stay at Cascina Desderi near Asti

We spent 5 days at cascina Desderi, all of which were fantastic. The hosts and staff were great and 100 % service minded. We had two dinners here, and both food and wine were wonderful. Splendid views and walks along the hills as well as the vines. Enjoying their lovely wine in the evening sun was great, highly recommended!

We just spent a few nights in Asti Italy. We stayed at the Hotel Lis. From the time we got there until the time we left, everyone was so gracious. They have the most amazing breakfast spread I couldn’t eat enough. All home baked beautiful breads and pastries.great location.

This hotel in Asti is excellent. Friendly staff, good breakfast, 24 hour front desk which was super helpful because I only got to the hotel after midnight, clean, spacious room for European standards and a very comfortable washroom. It’s a 5min walk from the train station and has restaurants and shopping around the corner (1 min walk). Highly recommend staying here when in Asti

Good location but rooms are outdated The hotel Staff is amazing the location is great- the room is not so. The bathroom did not have basic amenities as conditioner or body lotion, toothbrush that should be there. No outlet for phone charger and no blanket in a 4star hotel.

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing we didn’t like was our dark room. The walls were painted black and the headboard and bed spread were red. There was a window in the corner but with dark heavy curtains and if we opened the blind, it would be closed when we got back to our room. Always a good choice and now an even better choice. As Palio is now in the PHI group, it has even better amenities. Fortunately the staff remains. There is nothing like the smiling faces to welcome you.

Hotel with a beautiful location! Lovely place with a great michilin restaurant. The food was very good. In our room we had issues with our aircondition that did not work. After trying to fix it for two days we got switched to a other room. Which was nice. The breakfast included was with a small selection but of a high quality.

The restaurant is just amazing with a beautiful view and nice welcoming staff. Every dish is a masterpiece. 1 michelin star is well-deseved. Pasta and ravioli with duck are delicious. Leave some space for the deserts as "milk and honey" and "lemon tart" totally worth tasting.

The only hiccup we had was our air conditioner stopped working, thankfully it was cool at night and we could open the windows. But having the windows open triggered allergies. This was a wonderful experience in one of the best wine regions of the world. Our balcony room overlooking vineyards was stellar. The wine and food experience was to die for, breakfasts and dinners. I can’t say enough about the staff, daughter Clara is a sweetheart and knows wine, and her father and mother just charming. If we come back to the area, will definatly stay here 💕

I had an amazing few days at MiaClara Relais! So relaxing and made me slow down and just enjoy! Wonderful food recommendations and the breakfast on site was great (included!). I wish I knew where they got those croissants! Maybe include the wine tasting for guests? Would be a nice touch. Family run for years! No way to do it without a car though and watch out as GPS can take you down some dirt roads...

Stayed here for one night during our honeymoon trip from Milan to Barcelona. The room was nice overall. The wooden beams on the roof were a nice touch. The crib we had requested was placed to the room - shame it had two quite large holes on the side which was a safety risk. It was also nice to see they use the larger refillable soaps in the bathrooms. In this occasion the shower gel bottle was empty...

Strategic position, as it is located right next to the motorway exit, the rooms are very large and absolutely well soundproofed, the environment is very clean, and a welcoming, plentiful breakfast, the staff are very helpful.

Hotel located very close to the roundabout leading to the motorway entrance, spacious rooms, livable balcony, equipped with armchairs and table. The courtesy kit for the bathroom was missing, such as hair caps, make-up remover wipes, cotton buds for the ears; slippers were missing; for my taste, the mattress was very hard and the pillow too high and firm. No parking. Period. The receptionist saw me trying to carry my large suitcase up the entrance stairs and ran behind his desk so he wouldn’t need to offer me a a hand. Otherwise clean, quiet and affordable.

Shower was not very good, it came out in a dribble. Be aware if you are parking here, the onsite parking had 3 spaces, if you park here you have to leave your keys at reception incase they want to move your car to another space off site. The aircon in our room was also leaking. Rooms very small.

The location is very good right at the coast line but the road in between the hotel and the beach is pretty busy so even though you have a sea view room as we had you will be able to enjoy the sound of the sea only during night hours starting from around midnight till around 5 am. Panoramic Views. Beautiful views from the hill top position and we were grateful for the funicular lift to sea level. Our first room was poor and needed updating. We immediately asked to be moved which could not happen until the next day. The new room was excellent and worth the money.

The hotel is highly out dated and their parking options are highly inconvenient. All of the amenities are old and not well maintained. For being owned by the same company as the Grand Hotel Arenzano, this property really falls short in terms of upkeep and staff friendliness. Also, if you’re traveling with a kid in a stroller, this is definitely not the location for you.

A real gem near Genoa A very nice hotel with staff that are extremely helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable. The roof top pool and bar are fab and enjoy far reaching glorious views. Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Would definitely come back for a longer stay.

The air-conditioner didnt work and was not fixed until we complained. The instructions for parking was not provided which caused confusion and delay in check-in.
