Fantastic hotel on the outside of Cagliari. Services were exceptional, the pool was amazing, the waiters super kind. The pizzeria-restaurant next to the hotel was also fantastic. Good hotel with excellent food and friendly people but the location is not ideal for a summer holiday with kids because the location is industrial and next to a tank station and a busy road. When you try to discover the neighbourhood you may end up one street ahead with street hookers.

Great location, spacious apartment, immaculately clean, got my bed made, rubbish been taken out, got clean towels every second day.

Comfortable place to stay. Apartament has about 50m, large bed, enough space in bathroom, kitchen completely equipped. Price is reasonable. The main issue was we have confirmed our arrival to this place and we were not late but no one waited for us, there was only piece of paper on the front door with call number. The reception guy doesn’t speak English at all and we were charged double for tax.

I called very late at night to book a room immediately know or were very kind. The apartments are either new, well kept and clean, equipped with all amenities. The place is also equipped with indoor parking.

Having my apartment next to the residence, I can guarantee that it is very beautiful. The people who run it do it with the utmost professionalism. Always very clean and welcoming. They have a large private parking with the gate that only the guests of the residence can open. The reception staff is always present and available for any request.

Stayed here 4 nights in July. The staff was very friendly and accommodating including going out of their way to upgrade me to a suite when my first room had AC issues. Very nice basic hotel. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and the reception stayed up till we arrived at 1 am, then offered us an upgrade on our room. It's very very central easy to walk to from the bus station and close to lots of great bars and eateries.

The location is perfect. No problems with cleanliness. The minus is the non-existant breakfast and how it was organised. You had to ask anything you wanted to eat or use (i. e. cutlery) from a person at the stand. So if you want to visit Cagliari, book the hotel, but without breakfast. In conclusion - I'd rather suggest staying there.

Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. Getting a bit old. Double room deluxe was more 12sqm in size than 16-24sqm, as stated. However, I have never experienced a hotel anywhere in the world that charges 3 euros extra for a tea bag or a coffee capsule in the room.

Attended a conference. Didn't stay either can't comment on the rooms aside from the conference room which was great for a 75-100 person conference. There are no words to describe the apartment we stayed in. Very central located in a beautiful building. The apartment was very big, over two floors and with a massive terrace. The hotel was lovely, bright and airy. The room was spacious and well laid out. The pool was small and a little cold. The pool bar staff were a bit inattentive and forgetful.

The king superior room is not for 2 people at all...ultra small, AC doesnt go below 22degrees, theres no iron boards available when you request them, shower door didnt close and the breakfast was mediocre at best for 25 euro per person. Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 stars. Its 3.5stars in my opinion.

Concierge guys are super friendly and helpful. I found our room clean and okay however instead of providing us 1 big bed, they combined 2 single beds so my boyfriend and I sunk in the middle 😂. Breakfast didn't have lots of bread options and I found the scrambled eggs dry. We also thought there's a pool but apparently that's only seasonal. Afterall we only needed a decent place to sleep for 2 nights...

UPD I return the fifth star for a sensitive attitude towards customers. Our child left a toy in the hotel, and we ... passports! The hotel staff arranged for both to be promptly transported to our new stop in Olbia. Thanks to the help of the hotel, not only did we not miss the plane, but we were able to spend the last day of the holiday in a pleasant walk instead of returning to Cagliari for many hours...
