Our stay was perfect. Our room had a terrace and we were able to see the pool and beach as well as the mountain. On the terrace we got to see some amazing sunsets. The place is nice. The pool is big and nice but they don't give out pool towels ( they rent though) and you can't bring your room ones. I haven't tried their restaurant. The breakfast is good though. The hotel has free parking. Close to many nice restaurants and beaches.

Spotlessly clean hotel and pleasant and helpful staff but the rooms need some updating. Our aircon wasn't working but was soon fixed however the broken fridge was never mended despite two assurances that it was ok. Pool was immaculately clean. The hot food on the buffet was always lukewarm at most however the food from the menu was hot and tasty.

I was working for a movie and i didn't visits the room, the hotel is very very big, there is an incredible open swimming pool and a lot of open space for eat or to stay under the sun, the staff is very polite and professional. I've been here for about a week 11-20 /08 with my family. This hotel is a very big structure with many facilities available.Good laundry and cleaning services. Very coeliac friendly! Rooms look better in pictures than in real life. It was clean but really old, the rooms are not sound proof and the wifi didn’t work. The staff was nice. For breakfast there was a big variety of food, unfortunately mostly sweet foods. Scrambled and boiled eggs were cold. Overall, don’t recommend staying there.

Concierge guys are super friendly and helpful. I found our room clean and okay however instead of providing us 1 big bed, they combined 2 single beds so my boyfriend and I sunk in the middle 😂. The hotel is located on the top of a hill, walking distance to the beach. The view from the balcony is the state of the art.....! Absolute fantastic. Even the hotel needs a little bit maintenance, the clean rooms, the helpful staff and mainly the view makes this Hotel to top place to stay.

To say the hotel is close to the beach is an understatement. It is literally at the beach. The beach itself is as picturesque as any in Sardinia and for some obscure reason less crowded than the others around it. Good value - you get what you pay for though! The rooms are fine (I was in a more recently renovated room) - clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Breakfast is fine, staff are fine. Attended a conference. Didn't stay either can't comment on the rooms aside from the conference room which was great for a 75-100 person conference. Had AV abilities to live stream which many places this size don't. Would definitely recommend for a conference venue. Lots to do for families and delegates in the area.

The hotel was lovely, bright and airy. The room was spacious and well laid out. The pool was small and a little cold. The pool bar staff were a bit inattentive and forgetful.

The king superior room is not for 2 people at all...ultra small, AC doesnt go below 22degrees, theres no iron boards available when you request them, shower door didnt close and the breakfast was mediocre at best for 25 euro per person. Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 stars. Its 3.5stars in my opinion.

Getting a bit old. Double room deluxe was more 12sqm in size than 16-24sqm, as stated. However, I have never experienced a hotel anywhere in the world that charges 3 euros extra for a tea bag or a coffee capsule in the room.

Hotel is near the port and central station. Rooms are small and uniquely decorated. Airconditioning was prepared before arriving. The hotel is dog friendly. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

However, it is an old building, so there is a smell in the sink hole of the toilet because the drainage facility is not good. There is no view in the case of a small room. The hotel was clean and very well located, which I appreciated. However, I was given a room with a connecting door to the neighboring room (which I did not request), and unfortunately, the soundproofing was very poor — I could clearly hear the conversations from next door. Hello. The hotel location was excellent. The room was clean but average. The bed was uncomfortable and the decor was spartan. Adequate but nothing special. The breakfast was limited though the setting on the upper floor was a plus. They would due well to take better advantage of the stunning rooftop space they have available. The staff were polite and helpful.

I really liked this hotel! It's walking distance from the train station and the marina and lies within the historical city centre. The staff was really friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and especially the bathroom, thanks to the cleaning lady! She does an amazing job. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In short, this hotel was great. Breakfast was also decent. I can recommend!

A very friendly, helpful team on the reception. A completely satisfactory breakfast. A good location close to restaurants and cafes and walking distance from the train station. The room was fine -- in a minimalistic way.

The location is perfect. No problems with cleanliness. The minus is the non-existant breakfast and how it was organised. You had to ask anything you wanted to eat or use (i. e. cutlery) from a person at the stand. So if you want to visit Cagliari, book the hotel, but without breakfast. In conclusion - I'd rather suggest staying there.

Excellent location. Rooms are dated and need fresh paint. The floor could be cleaner. They have central air conditioning and it's not cold enough. Toilet seat in room 201 needs to be replaced.
