This is one amazing hotel to stay at. the facilities are absolutely outstanding staff very friendly and have very good English so if you don't speak Italian don't worry speak very good English. The room I stayed in was top notch in great condition and was looked after very well after day. Overall this hotel is one of the best would recommend for anyone

Loved this place! It’s located in the center of Bagheria so everything’s really close by. Great service and polite staff! Only problem was that our room was located on the second building so we had to walk through the square to grab breakfast(it was a brisk walk though)

Nothing extra. We paid for a room we got a room. There was a small TV if we needed it. It was attached to a restaurant that seemed well liked but we didn't go in.

We stayed here for four nights and found the hotel very good. Our room had a sea view and a balcony which we really enjoyed. The hotel is clean with access to a small hotel beach (not the private beach club seen on the photos). The restaurant next door is really good too. We were not impressed by the breakfast buffet which we thought was poor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

A good place to eat and to sleep.

The design is absolutely 20th century, as is much of the room aesthetic, which ends up feeling quaintly nostalgic. Waking up with a view of the sea at sunrise is a definite perk.

As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel. Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.

Paolo was fantastic - he helped us while sitting by the pool and also in the evening with cocktails. The hotel is a perfect location, clean and safe. Their food is also fresh and delicious. Constantino makes an amazing espresso martini as well, one of the best we have ever had!

Got a single room facing the road and railway station. Very noisy! First they gave the room facing the yard but it was smelling cigars too strongly and I asked to change it. No soap in the shower, slightly dirty and dusty. Too small.

The room wasn't very large, with just one queen-size bed. The bathroom curtain was a bit crudely hung and sometimes needed to be manually adjusted (you need to be at least 1.72 meters tall to find it easy). The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, but check-in is not until 3:00 PM. The best part is that it's conveniently located across from the central train station, just across the zebra crossing...

We had paid the city fee (tax) to a front desk clerk when we checked in on the first day, but when we checked out, another clerk told us that we had not paid the city fee. We described the clerk who collected the money at that time, but the clerk who checked out said there was no record, and because we had to catch a train, we had to pay the city fee again. This was a bad experience.

This hotel was even better than I expected. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. My room was beautiful, amenities plentiful and breakfast in the morning had everything you could ever want. Two night stay We stayed for two nights. The first night, the bed was very comfortable, but the restaurant upstairs was loud until 1 a.m. On the second night, we changed rooms—the bed was very hard, but at least it was quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just okay at best, but the rooftop views while eating were beautiful.

Great hotel Friendly staff, nice breakfast and a fantastic view of the city from the rooftop terrace. This is my second stay at this hotel. I prefer a room away from Via Roma, because the streetnoise is loud. Mattresses are a bit hard. I will stay here again next time i'm in Palermo.

Centrally located with excellent view/ balcony. However, extremely noisy all night long with uncomfortable bed left me sleep deprived. The mini fridge wasn’t working and I reported it on first day but it never was repaired or replaced. Shower is approx 3ft x 3ft, very tiny, luckily I’m a small lady, larger people would have a difficult time. I will not stay here again.

There is no elevator on the first floor. Only one small elevator for the whole building. Guests have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs to access elevator. No bellman to help you either.

Very good small hotel in the city center. I stayed there for 3 days 3 years ago on my trip in Sicily. Fair price and nice intersting decorated rooms, clean and with a balcony. Receptionist was kind to suggest me good place to eat.

Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious and clean rooms. Located next to Ballaro market. Close to magnificent churches. Easy and fast check in. Only issue was no help with luggage upon check in - and there is a step to get to elevator. Breakfast (included) was mediocre. It can get noisy when there are events booked at hotel.

Nice hotel, but hard to find and up stairs. The hotel was hard to find, down an unmarked side street, to piazza. Came from the train station. Asking two locals on the way, even they weren’t aware, but did eventually find it for me. The room was spacious, with comfortable bedding. Although up an elevator, also up a flight of stairs with suitcase. I had a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Used the hotel for a short stop before heading back to the airport. Excellent location but pictures make it look a lot better than it is. It was clean and functional but no warmth. A very clean, cosy and simple hotel right in the old town of Palermo - friendly personnel, basic breakfast. I enjoyed my stay in May 2019 and recommend the hotel to everyone who does not need a sophisticated standard.

I stayed here for almost one month in July 2017. The family that owns this Hotel made it feel like home to me. My room was kept clean and was allowed to park my bici in their parking garage. Great place to stay and I felt very comfortable the entire stay :) I always found parking on near by streets for my rental car as well. Just wait until after 5pm or so.... Aloha and Mahalo Nui Loa for everything...

It was February 2018 so the rainy season. The family who runs the Hotel is very good with Service，very clean，quaint，most reasonable price for the area. Very Sicilian，frugal in that no frills kind of authentic experience which I recommend for spoiled Americans who dont understand how real Europeans who are authentic live. It is off the main roads and in an older part of town but you have a market next...

Budget place. Fairly nice staff. Clean bed, tiny bathroom and shower. Next to the Bolaro market so noisy and lively. Breakfast is disappointing but a nice cafe for capuccino and croissant is 20 steps away. A few hundred meters away from the main shopping street as well.

Warm helpful staff, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. Beautiful location, has an elevator which is helpful. In walking distance to the Capo Mercato, Archeological Museum. Easy to meet tour guides nearby.

Great location to explore palermo on foot and exceptional staff. The breakfast was very good. Recommend taking the time to have some drinks on the rooftop terrace at night or taking a coffee up in the morning. The beds were very comfy. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.

Hotel Posta is perfectly located in the center of the old city and it is close to all the important sites/ places. It is a family hotel that has been run since 1927. I liked the hotel for its price-quality ratio. The location is good in the center on a quiet street, clean, pleasant and attentive staff, 24-hour reception, which is important to me. There was no refrigerator or kettle in the room, but we got by. I can recommend it for a stop in Palermo.

The location is very good, located on the busiest road, with restaurants and bars downstairs, and close to popular attractions. The single room is the same as in the photo, with a large toilet but a small bed. But it is still acceptable for this price

Not for noise-sensitive people. It was quite noisy, as the windows were very thin and there was no real natural light in my room. Cleanliness was mediocre. Towels are only changed after departure, I suspect.

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel with a private courtyard. The room was clean and had a very spacious bathroom with a window (which is important to me). It's five minutes from Palazzo Reale Station, making it convenient for visiting the main attractions. The quietness at night is also remarkable, allowing for a good night's sleep. Together with other colleagues we stayed in this hotel near the University of Palermo. It is a family-run hotel and the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making our stay pleasant. Clean rooms with good daily cleaning service. Breakfast offered very good and eaten under a very nice (isolated) gazebo. I highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Basic breakfast (but the cannoli weren't there) Large, spartan rooms with dated decor. Certainly useful for using it as a foothold. Tip: soundproof the rooms and eliminate some furniture elements that are no longer appreciated and only useful for collecting dust (bedspreads and decorative pillows are an example). I give 4 stars because the price is still in line with what I had.

Greatly located just in the heart of old Palermo, and very quiet in the same time, serving very tasty breakfasts for all needs, spacious room (we opted for privilege one), and great views: see and mountain just in opposite directions.

The hotel has its own atmosphere - beautiful decor. Very good location - you can walk everywhere, to the main attractions of the city, to the center, to restaurants. It's very close to the bus stop from the airport, so it's convenient … You can enjoy bars, restaurants, shopping districts and sightseeing spots within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel staff is kind and friendly.… This is a lovely boutique hotel. There is a park in front of the hotel, so the view from the window is also good.
