The guy at The reception when we arrived was not very polite at all.

The room for family, is good, the breakfast was very good, the personal was very kind

Stayed in the family room, air conditioning was not great, through the size of the space is fab.

It was adequate and had a nice staff

We stayed only one night, rooms ok, I expected more from a 3 star. It says they are doing some work. Excellent breakfast complete for all tastes. Pw of the wifi at the reception desk as in the photo.

We stayed one night walking the Via Francigena the rooms are large and clean - the hotel is close to restaurants and shops and serves a decent breakfast - we had some confusion when leaving as we thought we had paid but they were very understanding in notifying us and sorting out the issue. Well priced hotel

We had a good time. The staff was very kind and at your complete disposal. As soon as we arrived they welcomed us warmly. The room was nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. I highly recommend it for a good stay

Quiet and comfortable! Stayed here while hiking the Via Francigena in late October. Property is dated but is also economical. Staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast.
