A really nice hotel but significant issues with air conditioning- didn’t work properly when it was on and is turned off for most of the night - not great in early summer in Tuscany with 30 plus temps. Needs to be addressed.
Great experience Grate location, very nice room, very clean. The communication with the hotel was great via email and phone. Located at the central piazza …..it was just great!

The Restaurant of Nilo was excellent, the dishes were perfect, we highly recommend visiting it. The atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were very nice and helpful. At all we like everything.
This hotel was wonderful. Our room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful both in the hotel and the cafe downstairs where breakfast was served. The location at the head of the town square made it perfect to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of Cetona.
Loved our 1 night stay. Large room overlooking piazza. Not noisy. So easy to eat and drink and walk and stay in a location so close. Free parking not far. Location is good for day trips. Will stay again
