Beautiful property with gorgeous design details in the rooms and on the grounds. Just stunning!

The area requires a car, but it is so peaceful and calm. The only downside is the bathroom in the room - it certainly wasn’t in keeping with the service and the rating of the rest of the property. The swimming pool and the food was exceptional.

The view and property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen has a small fridge and access to many dishes.

My husband and I loved our stay at Il Poggio Di Teo. Wonderful staff including Alessia and Antoniella who were warm and helpful, with advice or anything we wanted eg we felt like some afternoon tea and cakes and Antoniella provided it to us. Fantastic place! The grounds were breathtaking, very nice to wake up to such nice surroundings. Our room was amazing, we had a crib waiting for us since we came with a baby! also had a mini fridge in our room which was perfect for his food! Breakfast was delicious! We had massages after a couple of days in Rome which were amazing leaving us renewed for our Tuscan roadtrip! very very recommended!

Alysa was the best part of the experience. She was super helpful and sweet. The breakfast was very gooood and they were generous with the options and portions. The place looks like you are staying in a garden. You will enjoy your stay for sure.

The room was immaculate. Peaceful space close to the mill hot springs. Dinner was also amazing at the restaurant. Only one bad comment would be the pillows were hard…. Everything else was perfect.

This place it’s amazing especially when it comes to food. We spent only one night and had dinner and breakfast the next day. The dishes are prepared to a 5* restaurant and the prices are incredibly low, there wasn’t any main dish exceeding €22 excluding beef stakes (makes sense). Beautiful Grounds! The grounds were absolutely beautiful! The food was above average. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cool. Outside temp was high 79s to low 80s. Too hot for little air. The other issue was the floor was very dirty. Brought both issues to management. They said the air conditioning came from the floor and it was not time yet to turn it on. The floors were never cleaned.

Absolutely fabulous, tucked away on a hill a few chilometres from quaint villages and the saturnia thermal baths, this is the perfect place to stay for a few days. The pool is heated and therefor can be used even when it is a bit cooler outside, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is spectacular with home made pancakes and fry your bacon on the grill. Highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel! Perfect for a night’s stay on the way to the Saturnia Hot Springs. Easy bus from Albania to Manciano in the evening and Manciano to Saturnia in the morning. Very kind owners, clean rooms, good breakfast included with cake, croissant, jam, juice, coffee, prosciutto, yogurt, cereal etc!

Five stars may seem excessive, but in my opinion they're deserved. Let's start with the basics: clean and well-maintained rooms, quiet and respectful of your privacy. What's not required but desirable is the kindness and integrity of the staff, starting with the owner, who is polite and always attentive to your every need. Good location and adequate breakfast. An unforgettable experience in Manciano, a beautiful town with wonderful people. We were hosted by its owner, Diva, who will forever remain in our hearts for her kindness and warmth.
