The location of the accommodation and the pool was excellent. There is plenty of space in the shadow near the pool. The staff and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The view is wonderful, typical of the region. The near by forest and the hills cools the air during the night. The medieval and cosy village (Suvereto) is just a few minutes from the apartment by car. The surrounding nature is exceptional...

Location is awesome, swimming pool is clean and view is stunning. Personnel was always nice and rooms are tidy.

Very serene and peaceful place above the tuscan hills, close to the sea. The view is stunning, the breakfast very yummy and the rooms ( we stayed at the smallest, two room "appartment" very well equipped and with a tastful interior. Higly recommendable, as everything around like Volterra, the beaches is so close. But on the other hand, you do not need leave this peaceful island anyway.

Farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside, a few km from Suvereto. Familiar, welcoming and cozy atmosphere with a dining room that has few seats. It has a beautiful garden where children can play in total safety. Dishes treated in detail with good quality raw materials. Very good value for money. I recommend it to spend a day out in the company of family and friends.

The location outside is very beautiful. But ..... Poor cleaning of the apartment, the bathroom has no windows and it smells of damp and mold, it has no mosquito nets. The swimming pool is neglected, there are no umbrellas or gazebos for each apartment and the water is not always clean. To improve.

We stayed here for a week. Typical Tuscan style. The apartment we had was very large and rustically furnished. Pool was clean and the landlord was very nice. We could even check in earlier. The sea is about 20 minutes away and beautiful villages are nearby. Shopping center nearby. Olive oil on site. We felt so comfortable and will be back next year.

Wonderful estate, ample parking, beautiful swimming pool and with a very nice restaurant inside the estate, bedroom, or rather very large apartment with kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and newly installed air conditioning

Just about everything you could expect from a Tuscan restaurant; homemade food, great setting In the property’s courtyard, great service. I particularly enjoyed the tagliatelle ragu made with local Chianina cows. Loved every minute and hope to come back.

Had a great visit to one of the oldest organic wineries in the area. Great winetasting hosted by one of the winemakers. She was lovely and gave lots of insights on the process and art of winemaking. Fabulous experience! We went there for lunch and we enjoyed it very much. Service was attentive, kind and quick. There was a great selection of different dishes (meat, fish, cheese etc) and the dessert was terrific. We also took a bottle of their own production and it was a perfect combination with the food. Definitely recommended!

The restaurant "Gualdo del Re" is the perfect choice to enjoy the traditional Tuscan and Maremma's dishes. What really makes this restaurant special is the combination they can suggest you between food and wine. Indeed Gualdo del Re is a famous and award winning wine producer of about 130.000 bottles/year. My personal tips: don't miss to try Amansio aleatico sweet wine at the end!

The house is amazing and the location is so peaceful. The gardens are a joy, the swimming cool is perfect for cooling off and lazing around reading a book. A great restaurant 300 meters away.
